We had an excellent experience: the service is perfect and flexible, and the support is truly outstanding.
Unfortunately, we were involved in a minor accident, and the Rent4Wheel representative came to assist us with the other party (who didn't speak English).
We highly recommend this company if you need to rent a vehicle in Crete.

We stayed in a villa from Chania Rentals as a group of five, and it was absolutely amazing. The place looked even better than the photos. Everything we needed was already prepared for us, we literally arrived and made 0 efforts (beside unpacking the baggage :)
The hospitality in Crete is on another level! Everyone we met was were warm, welcoming and happy to help.
Crete itself feels like a little paradise: beautiful beaches, tasty food and a calm atmosphere.

The best villa we have stayed in in over 25 years of villa holidays in Greece, Spain and Portugal. The whole process of booking and arrival at the Villa was excellent and our hosts could not have been more helpful in meeting us on our late night arrival, providing a brilliant welcome pack which we were unable to finish in the week. The location high up on the hillside provided stunning views in all directions and the sunsets were amazing. The Villa was great, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms ensured everyone was equally catered for, great beds and furnishings. The kitchen and lounge area were fully equipped and were spacious. The outside space was grassed (allowing for some friendly Padel/pickleball games) and provided several different seating areas and the many loungers, bean bags and chairs was a really nice aspect. The pool at about 12 metres was big enough to swim some lengths or float on the provided airbeds and relax. A great place to stay in every respect and it is very possible that we will revisit this stunning villa again in the next couple of years.Thanks so much to Artemis and Nikki and Chania Rentals. P.S. We, a group of 8 stayed at the Aurora Villa. Just about perfect, 6 stars would be a fairer review. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and Stelios. Clean, spacious and views to die for. Great pool( cleaned twice within the week we stayed there). Help yourself the the fruit in the amazing garden. 10 mins away from Malame. The welcoming gifts left by Maria were generous and enjoyed. The people of Crete are very friendly and welcoming. Top marks all around.

Vi bestille to villaer for 2 uker - en hver uke. Og vi betalte depositum, 25 % av kosten.
En uke etter dette fikk vi beskjed om at den ene villaen var utleid allerede.
Nå hadde vi bestill parkering på flyplassen, bestillt og betalt bil leie i 2 uker, kjøpt flybilletter som ikke kunne endres lengre uten høye gebyrer.
Så vi måtte finne en ny villa, for de kunne ikke assistere oss. Og de ville ikke kompensere for den ekstra kostnaden, de mente 200 euro var det de ville gi oss.

Wir waren als Familie im Oktober 2024 eine Woche in der Villa Enid. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut, tolle Lage und bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Das gilt auch für die sehr gute Betreuung durch Antonis als Vermieter und das Team von Chania-Rentals. Alles bestens, inkl. der Organisation eines Mietwagens. 100% Empfehlung.

Perfekte Ferienhausvermittlung im Gebiet Chania. Sehr unkomplizierter Ablauf von der Buchung des Hauses bis zur Bereitstellung des Leihwagens. Ferienhaus war sehr schön und entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite. Super!

Our family of 4 stayed in Villa Enid for a week and we left knowing we would return again!
We were able to rent a car through them as well; making it much easier for us.
The owner met us upon arrival and was so helpful in making sure all was provided for us during our stay.
He went above and beyond and called in a favor to a local restaurant to stay open a bit later for us to eat; as we arrived late and hungry. We were very thankful.
The villa was extremely clean and welcoming.
The view was something to look forward to in the mornings and in the evening, the sunset was breathtaking!

We loved our stay at Joanna Villa! Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late. Alexandra still gave us a warm welcomes despite the time. The rooms are very comfy and kitchen was well equipped. We also used the bbq outside to cook. Having a private, heated pool was also amazing. We are definitely considering staying at Joanna villa next year!!

Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und kompetent aufgehoben und verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub auf einer wunderschönen Finca. Die Buchung und Onlineabwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und die Anreise bzw. die Ankunft war sehr entspannt. Alles entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen und Vorstellungen - ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen.
Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr komfortable Ausstattung, mit wirklich allem, was man so benötigt war. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlt und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Herzstück der Villa war die große Außenfläche mit luxuriös großem Pool und spektakulärer Aussicht. Wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen…
Alles in allem waren wir mehr als begeistert, nicht nur von dem wundervollen Haus und der Umgebung, sondern auch vom Charme und der Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer. Einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub an einem besonderen Ort.

Artemis was so helpful and understanding with regard to our having to cancel our holiday less than a week before we were due to arrive.
This was due to the UK government deciding to change the quarantine rules.

We had to cancel 10 days before due to Coronavirus travel ban and flight cancellations. They have immediately moved our booking, including our deposit to same days next year so we are not losing out at all

Chania Rentals personnel are very helpful, they are always quick to respond to questions & have been very flexible to changes in bookings, especially during the corona virus outbreak.
