I ordered 4 t-shirts. 2 Christmas and 2 slogan ones. Although they take a while to come as they are printed to order, you are made aware of this before ordering and kept up to date about the progress... Ver más
+ awesome designs, great colours, friendly customer service, able to return/exchange - sizes, L tank fit but L t-shirt too small, XL tank was far too big, buyer pays returns postage costs.
Another great hoodie to add to my others. They never disappoint, the quality, the colour and the logo all 5*. Great communication throughout. True to size I am a 16/18 and got the Large. I love that y... Ver más

Respuesta de Fierce Females Club
Hi Emma, so sorry to hear you weren’t fully happy with your purchase!
As noted on the website, my standard processing time is a full 2-3 weeks for printing and dispatch, and then a further few days for delivery, depending on the method purchased. This is because everything is printed to order by one person.
The item descriptions do state that the acid wash t-shirts especially, are an oversized style and to size down if you prefer it more fitted.
If you’d like to return for a refund just let me know!

Items are good quality and fit well
Items are good quality and fit well, there was just a long turnaround time (over 3 weeks for delivery). All good otherwise.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, had to email multiple times with a response to only one email. Quality was good and true to size.

Hello! I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with the communication you received. I don't always see customer emails as they can get stuck in my junk folder accidentally, which means I unfortunately only find them now and again. You can always get in touch with me via instagram!
I'm really glad you liked the items you ordered and hopefully the email issue won't put you off shopping with me again :)
Love this top
Love this top. Slogan is bang on, the distressed colour looks great and love the boxy cropped fit. Highly recommend 😍

The t-shirt quality is good but
The t-shirt quality is good and I appreciate the print to order design. However, I ordered a Medium which in my experience is equivalent to size 12 on the high street. The t-shirts arrived very large, far wider in shape than needed. I will need to alter all with my sewing machine.

I'm so sorry that the t-shirts you ordered weren't quite right. The t-shirt style we offer is an oversized style, which is detailed on the product listings on the website. Hopefully this helps customers decide whether to stick with their usual size for an oversized, relaxed style, or size down for a more fitted look.
Returns are always welcome if items aren't quite right :)
Perfect
Delivery as stated, arrived on time
