In this case, there was a fulfillment delay on our end and that is on us. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we immediately reshipped the order and included additional units at no charge as an apology for the inconvenience.
We strive to ship quickly and accurately, and the vast majority of our orders leave our warehouse without issue. Occasionally, a label can be created while a package is awaiting carrier pickup, and in this situation the delay was not caught as quickly as it should have been.
That said, once notified, we corrected it promptly and made it right.
