This is the second time I have used them. Each time it has been very easy to order what I required. The first time the delivery was very quick, the second time not so quick and I had to chase to find out when it would be delivered.

First Class Service from Start to Finish
Having spent a long time researching the best place and method to sell my gold coins, I chose Chards as they appeared to have a great reputation with lots of positive reviews and offered some of the best rates. My first contact was by telephone with Bhumika at the London Office, I was immediately put at ease by her friendly manner. I subsequently met with Bhumika at the London Office and I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable; every process was clearly explained to me and I was more than happy with the rate that I was offered. At no time did I feel under pressure to sell unless I was absolutely comfortable doing so. I accepted the offer and the funds were in my bank account the following day. A number of coins had to be sent to their Blackpool Office for extra verification but again this was clearly explained to me and I was assured they were fully covered by insurance. As promised I received a call to confirm that they had been received and I received the same offer rate (as I was able to secure the same rate on the day of my previous visit) which I happily accepted. Again the funds were in my account the next business working day. All in all this was a great experience from a very professional Company and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
