Easy to purchase the item I wanted, the only problem I encountered was the delivery by royal mail, received a note saying I wasn't in when I was,had to wait a further 2 days for delivery.

We’re sorry to learn about the inconvenience caused by the delivery experience with Royal Mail. While we fully appreciate how frustrating this situation can be, this aspect of the service is unfortunately outside of our direct control once the parcel has left us. For this reason, we do feel it is somewhat unfair for a star to be deducted based on an issue arising from the postal service rather than our own handling.
That said, we genuinely value your comments and appreciate your understanding.

The process of buying is smooth. I had to rebook the collection about 3 times and there was no issues mentioned. Easily did it for me on phone.
Derek helped me when I came to collect the coins. He showed me abt the coins. The markings. Abt the makers. It was so nice to know.
