Would highly recommend anyone thinking about making a bike purchase to use charge and glide, tom was amazing with the help off my purchase and even organising delivery to me as the supplier couldn't. When the bike arrived had a slight issue with the pedals on a delivery and tom was more than happy to help me with that! Amazing prices, amazing customer service and I'll definitely be using again😎

After extensive research for a new e bike, i chose Charge & Glide, their website was easy to navigate, plenty of information on the products they sell, once purchased, i was updated on delivery process and even the delivery team were helpful.
The bike is great, everything i needed from the bike, relatively straight forward to put together.

Purchased a T1 Folding Trike for my Dad who is 85.
Pre delivery the communication with the company thro their website was brilliant.
Delivery was completed promptly and exactly as promised.
There was a technical issue which was sorted without a problem. These things happen and getting them resolved is the main thing so well done.
Overall my Dad says he is 100% happy and he's a miserable bugger most of the time so well done to Charge & Glide for achieving the impossible.

Delighted with my Cyrusher Flex ebike,first off I waited approx 2 months but knew this when I pre ordered when the bike arrived in the UK Tom and his team got the bike to me in approx 3 days,Communications have been helpful and honest, I chose Charge & Glide over all the other company's selling this bike due to Toms quick answers/informative information--10/10 for Charge & Glide ...........Cyrusher Flex bike is approx 30kg with battery fitted but if you want a lighter bike it will be £1000s more, the bike has so many features not listed in any reviews one nice feature is to show voltage of battery on display although 4 bar battery graph is very accurate--- today I rode 57miles on cycleways around Midlothian helped by the fact that the bike has Torque mode as well as cadence mode it defaults to Torque mode on start up and in settings you can set assist modes to 3/5/9 I have mine on the first level of 9 so its approx 11% assistance,also the rear brake lights are worth a mention as they are a great safety feature/lights in general are nice and bright and everything else is good quality,full suspension is also fantastic to have on a bike for this price point------Great bike Great Company C&G

I couldn’t recommend Charge & Glide more highly. Tom and the team were incredibly helpful and diligent when purchasing a Cargo bike.

After we made the purchase they kept us updated regularly on the delivery date and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was fine with the bike.

We had a minor issue after a few weeks and they helped us fix it very quickly but also found a local specialist in case we couldn’t resolve the issue ourselves
