Comprehensive surveys and easy to understand reports. Got a phone call the day of the survey to discuss the findings, and the report was easy to follow with plenty of description, photos and what to do. Unfortunately our first property purchase fell through, we used Charlecote again on the next property as we had such a good service the first time around. Would 100% recommend, fab surveyors.
