Easy and communicative process
I’ve been talking to Jack at Charles & Dean for the last year or so, figuring out what car to buy based on my budget and what the financials looks like for the deal.
After looking at various opportunities, I finally found the car I was after and the guys had the most competitive finance offer. Once I kick started the process, both Jack and Gracie were super communicative and helpful, getting the finance sorted from starting on Tuesday, I was driving away in the car on Friday!
Really recommend the guys here, will definitely pass their name on to friends in the future when they’re looking to finance any car.

We discovered this company through word of mouth, and, admittedly, we were quite skeptical at first. However, from start to finish, Elliot proved to be absolutely fantastic. Given our preference for the finance arrangement to be in the name of a family member over 80, Elliot achieved what seemed impossible—never once giving up and always providing clear explanations of alternative options without any pressure.
It was, without a doubt, one of the best car finance experiences we’ve ever had. If only we had known about them sooner! That said, we will certainly be using their services again in the future.
A special thank you to Harriet as well for her swift and efficient efforts in ensuring the finance was processed on time, allowing us to collect our cherished car without delay.
