Product was the wrong size and very poor quality . Took 20 days to get it.
Do not buy from them.

I purchased the shoes , but when it arrived it was not exact shies in their website , very very low quality made , low quality material , also it was not a standard fit
And when I asked for return and refund , here is their offer :
50% store credit, which you can use to place a new order from our website, or
20% refund, and you may keep the item, avoiding the hassle of returning
But they do not have a policy for return and full refund

I advice never purchase anything from them because what you get is not what you see online .

Absolutely terrible company. They advertise misleading products. The customer service team is passive aggressive and try to put the blame on the customer. Then they do not honor their own return policy. I ordered shoes that were advertised as a certain color. I received the shoes and they were definitely not the color they advertised, then I send them pictures and send me back pictures from their website saying it’s my lighting. Black to purplish brown is a big difference and never would have bought them if they were advertised as that color. The shoes were also advertised as rounded but are actually pointy and square. I have to email customer service twice to get a response and that is when they started saying it is the same shoe from the website. The material is also very junky and poor quality. I do not recommend buying from this company mainly due to the customer service team. They will not honor their return policy and say they will only give you a very small percentage. It’s worth the money to spend more at a reputable and good quality company.

Bought 2 men's bracelets: Luca Cuff Bracelet and Augustin Cuff Bracelet. These are fairly good, if a bit overpriced. Sturdy, feel durable, and the look is nearly fully as shown in the picture, only the color is a bit off, but not unreasonably different.

I also purchased a Orin Quartz Watch. A complete piece of trash. I can find better quality in a children's 25 cent toy vending machine. It's extremely lightweight, flimsy, and the material of the band started peeling off from the very first wear. It's a shame, because for the bracelets alone, I would've given a much higher rating. But this watch is an absurd ripoff.

Jeg har ikke modtaget mine vare! De har, efter deres udsagn sendt mine vare til PostNord.se og været forbi en søndag for at aflevere, i Danmark bruger vi PostNord. Dk og jeg har kontaktet dem med traking nr. som de ikke har modtaget til levering. Så nu er mine vare sendt retur til firmaet….. fup og fiduser, hvis de nogensinde er blevet sendt🤬🤬🤬
