Firstly, thank you Dominic for the 5-star review you previously left in early 2022 following your attendance at one of my Open Trading Office events, which you have chosen to remove, 3 years later.

OK, for the benefit of those reading this, here’s the truth:

Every client has 6 months in which to complete the course.
• Most clients take 10 to 12 weeks to completion (Day 1 at my office, roughly 6 weeks of Skype support, a 2nd day at my office, then more 6 Skype support.
• So 6 months is more than enough and is there simply to protect me from the rare client who strings things out making it impossible for me to deliver the course.

Dominic, you completed your 1st office day in July 2022.
• 2 months later you had not setup Skype so we were unable to complete any support work after your 1st day.
• 3 months after your 1st day you said you had been too busy to follow up as you had bought a new car and were moving house.
• Soon after that you informed me that your mother was unwell and you had to take time out. I was willing to support you in this as best I could.

8 months after Day 1 you contacted me saying you wanted to get going again.
• I arranged a date for you to return to my office in May 2022 for a half day refresher.
• I offered this date to you for free and at my expense.
• You failed to attend, saying you were too busy.
• We had still not completed any Skype support.

12 months after Day 1 you asked if I could fit you in again, but only on a Wednesday.
• I moved some commitments around and offered you a date in August ‘23.
• The day before you emailed me saying your mother was very ill and you would have to cancel.
• I was again willing to support you in this as best I could, to which you replied “Ok thanks mate, I really appreciate that”
• We had still not conducted any skype support.

20 months after completing Day 1 (and 8 months after your last contact) you contacted me wanting your free ½ day refresher.
• In my 04/03/24 email I politely explained that it had been nearly 2 years since you were last in my office.
• That my business had since moved on considerably (I had taken on a new business partner and our primary focus was now on our trading) and as such I was not taking on new clients at that time.
• We had still not conducted any skype support.

Dominic then became demanding, and when he didn’t get his own way, threatening.
• In my 07/03/24 email I politely detailed my new duties as head of analysis and strategy development within my new business, and explained why I could not take on new clients at that time.
• He replied saying he had course notes so “it would be no problem”. I’ve been doing this for many years Dominic, and course notes from nearly 2 years ago will never replace the weekly Skype support sessions you failed to engage with.
• I also reminded him that I was under no obligation to seek permission to make changes to my business.
• I left it by saying “should anything change I will let you know”.
• His response was a mixture of emotional blackmail and treats.

So every client has 6 months to complete the course.
• As a gesture of good will I extended this to support him as best I could, for as long as I could, until my circumstances changed.
• He came back to me nearly 2 years later demanding a free course restart, on his terms, making threats along the way.

The irony is Dominic that had things remained cordial then there would have been an opportunity for us to work something out as my duties have since settled and I am now again able to work 1-2-1 with selected clients. Unfortunately your behavior of March 2024 buried that opportunity as I have no desire to have you in my office going forward.

It always pays to get on with people who know something that you want to know.

Well, what can I say… I’m an analyst and a trader, so a very straightforward kind of guy, so I’ll just break it down and tell it like it is.

Justyn, you claim:
“don’t receive anything else after a 2 hour 1st lesson”.
The truth is:
You know full well that you have spent two full days at my office receiving 1-2-1 coaching – we have you on CCTV for god’s sake.


Justyn, you claim:
“Cancelled the course for many various changing reasons”.
The truth is:
This is the course you signed up for:
• 1 full day of 1-2-1 coaching at my office
• Followed by 4 to 6 weeks of Skype support
• Followed by another full day of 1-2-1 coaching at my office
• Followed by another 4 weeks or so of Skype support

So, you knew from the start what was required from you to partake in this course, yet after 18 months, two full days in my office (CCTV Justyn…) and a ton of emails and phone calls you finally disclose to me that
i) You cannot/will not complete a full day in my office
ii) You cannot/will not use Skype
iii) You cannot/will not manage prolonged periods of screen time.

Now, had you of been honest and disclosed these limitations from the start – 18 months ago - I would have suggested that i) this might not be the best career choice for you, and ii) I would definitely not have agreed to work with you.

You are now demanding:
i) I literally drop everything.
ii) I completely redesign the course delivery to suit you.
iii) I write off all the days spent with you so far and start again from scratch.
iv) I make myself and my office available to you as and when you demand for what will clearly be a never ending period of time.

Not very realistic is it, Justyn.


Justyn, you claim:
“Will not refund the payments which was made”,
The truth is:
You know full well that you have been invited to apply for a refund, stating exactly what services you have received, what services you feel you have not received, what you feel you are entitled to a refund for, and how much of a refund you feel you are entitled to.

You have been asked to put the above in writing as following your multiple “I’ve never been to your office” claims (CCTV Justyn, CCTV…) it is clear that we are too far apart to agree anything over the phone or by email.

You have so far refused to put anything in writing.

Should you do so it will be fairly considered.



Justyn, you claim:
“Doesn’t return emails or any contact”,
The truth is:
You know full well that over 18 months I have done my very best to respond, calmly and politely, to each and every one of your never-ending avalanche of personal problems and coaching requirements.

These emails have now become accusations, demands and threats.

I strongly recommend that if you want to stop falling out with people you stop sending multiple email rants at nearly 2 o’clock in the morning.


And as for your “The good reviews are very old” comment, if you look, you'll notice that the last 5-star review was left just 9 days ago…


The truth is Justyn, over 8 years I’ve coached literally hundreds of people, and every client has enjoyed many months of constructive work with me – many going on to become lifelong trading friends.

Now I’ve got to know you over the last 18 months too Justyn, and it’s clear that you are manipulative and very dishonest. Whilst you may successfully use these tactics to get what you want from others, they will not work with me.

So please, put your claim in writing, and maybe take some legal advice.

Hi Emil. Trading is not easy, but having worked 1-2-1 with many clients over many years I can say that you absorbed the course content with an open mind and good energy, producing clear and informative charts resulting in clear and concise narrative, enabling clear and logical decision making.
