Had an amazing experience from our stay at villa Son Bonyola! Received a 5 star treatment throughout our stay, we have been made welcome from the minute we walked in. Can most certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a very high class experience!

We had an unforgettable time in Cala Deia thanks to Andreas and the Charles Marlow team. It was well-organised from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble. We had transfers to and from the airport which were cool, comfortable and on time, and we were able to have private chefs on two nights to cook food that suited our group. There were so many other excursions they could have organised but we mainly chose to enjoy the luxury of our villa! I wouldn't hesitate to use Charles Marlow again.

I had a wonderful experience booking a home in Mallorca with Andreas. It was like having a private concierge to help navigate Charles Marlow’s properties and services that could be provided while staying at the property. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip and Andreas was very understanding. I plan to book a home with Andreas in the future and have total confidence in him and the company.

Andreas and everyone at Charles Marlow were so helpful and friendly and a delight to deal with over our recent stay in a beautiful little house close to Deià! Highly recommended. They have a huge variety of properties and definitely the best ones in the area.

We (based in United States) approached Charles Marlow for help with a villa to rent in Deia for my daughter's wedding in June 2021. Andreas was so helpful, responsive and professional helping us find the perfect villa. We were looking so forward to the event and stay, however, due to COVID we are unable to continue with our booking. Andreas was very understanding and was in continuous contact with us as he handled the details of our cancellation and refund. We definitely want to make it to Deia when things return to normal. There is no doubt we will be reaching out to Andreas and the Charles Marlow team when that time comes. They are top notch!

Me and my girlfriend rented a house in Deia with the help of Charles Marlow. We had a great time while there (in spite of it being during COVID-19 times), and the people from Charles Marlow facilitated everything very well. Andreas Loftager was our primary contact person and made the booking process and our stay 10/10. Much recommended.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I was unable to commit to my trip to Mallorca. In spite of this, Andreas and his team at Charles Marlow were so communicative and accommodating. They were very active in their commitment to ensure I had great customer service and a true point of contact in this process. While I didn’t get to have my trip this year, I will certainly book again with them when it is safe to do so.

Andreas gave us personalised, prompt and professional service in finding us a villa and then supporting us through having to not take up the booking due to the pandemic . we will definitely use Andreas and Charles Marlow again.

Lovely group of people - excellent communication from start to finish. Rented a villa which was even better than the pictures, and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting private chef etc for a couple of nights. Food was divine! Highly recommend.

We approached Charles Marlow for help with a property search in the Deia/Soller area in 2015/16 as we had heard very good things about them from friends. We were not in the slightest bit disappointed. Charlie (Hill), one of the partners, took a great deal of time talking and corresponding with us to find out precisely what we were looking for. The brief wasn't an easy one but Charlie found us exactly the right property within our budget in the most fabulous location. He was completely open and honest about both the advantages and problems connected to the property and at no time did he put any pressure on us to buy, which was much appreciated. He then introduced us to a really fantastic lawyer in Palma, Carlos, who, in conjunction with Charlie and his colleagues, guided us through what was quite a complicated purchase due to the legal status of the property. We are so happy with our house and can't thank Charlie and his colleagues enough for finding it. We have recommended Charles Marlow to a number of our friends and contacts who are looking for or selling property in the Balearics and they have been equally impressed. We shall be offering our property for rental through the agency as and when the time comes.
