Huge let down!!!
I don't usually go to the effort of giving feedback for poor service/products, but on this occasion, I couldn't not do so. I bought 2 lamps from this company for approx AU$120.00, and when they arrived, the items they supplied looked nothing like the items which were advertised. I contacted them immediately, and they offered a refund of 30%, and then 50% and I could keep the items. The items were of such poor quality, that I didn't want to keep them and wanted my money back. Eventually they agreed to refund in full, but despite their T&C's stating that if goods received weren't what was purchased they would cover the return freight, they refused to cover those costs. The parcel came from NSW, and I was asked to return it to China, which would have chewed up almost half the price of the refund. So I chose to cut my losses, and to accept the 50% refund, however they reneged, and offered a maximum of 30%. The goods have been thrown away, I have no refund, and in short, I would never buy from this company again and don't recommend their products or service.
