Morgan and his team at Chase Buchanan's Richmond office did an exceptional job to get our purchase of a new home completed. Seemingly stuck in a chain of six, Morgan's communication skills and determination got the deal over the line, when solicitors and other agents seemed unable to move. Had a very tough last 6 months with a property handled by Chase Buchanan with mould and damp issues. Chase Buchanan had recently taken over the property and we’re unaware of the issues it presented.

Chase Buchanan do need to consider assessing properties to a higher degree to be able to inform potential tenants of potential issues before move in.

Chase Buchanan have looked after my property for 25 years since I moved to Australia. In that time I have had several property managers and numerous problems that needed fixing, all of which were handled with total professionalism and expediency. They have liaised seamlessly with my tenants and provided good reliable tradespeople when required. They also arranged a meeting for me to have in their offices with the building lease management team on one of my visits and were instrumental in helping solve the issues we were experiencing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease a property.
