Not pleased in Mississippi
No tracking information was sent to me. The name plate is being shipped separately and I still do not know when that will be .At the time I ordered the Jewelry box it was not explained to me that it would ship separately.
I sent a request twice for tracking information and never heard anything back. I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to help me find out what's going on. I just hope that the quality of the Jewelry box is better than the rest of this process.
