ChatCreate bot is awesome

ChatCreate bot is very good value for money. Their chatbot is helping answer a lot of the common questions we get from our customers so our support team has more capacity to focus on complex issues, especially useful during the off-hours. Setting up the bot can seem a bit overwhelming at first but their team was great with helping us throughout the onboarding and day-to-day basis and now it’s basically running on autopilot.

Awesome Chatbot

ChatCreate chatbot platform is a great little tool for setting up a bot to engage your website visitors. We weren’t quite sure at first how to approach the process but their team was superhelpful in helping us set things up. It was nice that they jumped on couple of calls with us and guided us throughout the whole setup process and we were up and running with the bot in a few days. We were looking for a solution to engage our website visitors and guide them throughout our service offering and get transfer qualified leads to our sales team. Their chatbot solution does that very nicely.

ChatCreate

ChatCreate team has been great to work with. When we started using their product it was still pretty primitive and was able to only handle around 15% of our incoming support chats. However since then they’ve improved the product and have taken our feedback into consideration as they continue to develop their product. Nowadays, the chatbot is answering an average of 30% of incoming support chats that has given our support team a lot of extra freedom. There are new features and tweaks launched every so often that make the chatbot better and more user friendly. Their customer support is also top notch and they really make an effort to ensure that we get the best out of the opportunities that the technology offers.

The chatbot is extremely simple to set up

The chatbot is extremely simple to set up. The customer service provided by Juhan is smooth and comfortable. He has done an extra mile to onboard us using the chatbot.
The value for us is refined funnel and automation of replies to simple queries of customers. Simple, fast, and efficient. We have now reached about 44% of incoming requests resolved by bot. And Juhan Kaarma helped to make the first 100 automation.

General conclusion: good, efficient, relevant customer support and easy to set up.
