Respuesta de Chatleys Menswear
Hi, Thank you very much for your order. Sorry you were unhappy with the speed of delivery.
The delivery arrived 3 days later because your order was placed on Sun 26th Jul, at 13:34 and would not have been collected until Monday for Tuesday delivery.
It does state this on our delivery and retuns page at the footer of our website.
For this reason we call it Express Delivery rather than Next Day as we like to be as clear as possible.
