It was good appointment, but the hair dye could have been on the gray hairs for a little longer as they look light blond. The hairstylist was very professional and friendly.

Not listening properly to what was asked for
I didn't clean my hair Split-ends properly. I hardly spent 15 minutes in my chair. The focus was to put their opinion and not listen to what was asked for.
