I always feel happy walking into Chatters Westgate. The staff and space are welcoming. Shout out to Hisham. He takes great control over my hair! I left with a Fall colour refresh!

Alicia did an amazing job on my hair
Alicia did an amazing job on my hair! My hair was damaged from the last session, with a lot of breakage and hair fall, but she completely transformed it. Not only did I get the exact color I wanted, but my hair now looks much healthier than before. I really appreciate that she helped fix the damage from the previous appointment at no extra cost. I’ll definitely be coming back to book my next color with her! Thank you so much.

Great Experience all Around
Had an appointment with Aiden for a perm and she was amazing! She was very thorough in asking questions about my hair history, and warned me that it's possible the perm could possibly take the dye out of my hair and made sure I was OK with continuing before getting started. She asked if I wanted a refresher on perm care (haven't had one in 15 years, so definitely!) and asked if I would like some product recommendations for caring for my perm. I really appreciate when stylists ask this, as I have experienced some stylists in the past that will give product recommendations when I don't want or need them, as well as the opposite situation where they give none at all, or very vague ones. Once my service was done Aiden walked me over to the products she had recommended and helped me choose, even carrying them up to the till for me. Will definitely book with her again!

The apprentice lost her confidence half way through the cut and had to be rescued by another stylist. I’m still not happy with the quality, waste of $45.00 for me.
