This evening I had my lashes lifted and tinted, and honestly, the experience was everything I needed. When you have someone kind, understanding, and funny, it turns into more than just a beauty appointment! it’s genuinely relaxing. Not only did I leave feeling prettier with the results, but I actually felt my anxiety melt away. I walked in stressed and walked out calm, refreshed, and confident.

I was able to quickly get an appt. and Have my bangs trimmed and last minute get a trim on the rest. John my stylist did a wonderful job. Sad to see that he will be moving to Saskatoon their gain, our loss

I do think the stylist was in a hurry
I do think the stylist was in a hurry, blowout was all fuzzy and when asked for a straightner i said ti leave a small curl nothing

Nice stylist not the hair cut I wanted
Well my experience was good on the day, I used to get some hair shaven to take some off because I have thick hair , the stylist did this but did it to low on my head now it’s diffficult to style my hair to try and hide the shaved part she should have done it higher on my head . I asked for soft layers around my face instead some of the layers are blunt . This will be the last hair cut from Chatters I have been going there for years but can’t pay big money for disappointment , women are suppose to feel good about themselves but not being able to style your hair is so disappointing ,

I don’t think the stylist understood…
I don’t think the stylist understood what I had asked for. I had asked for the hair to be just below the shoulder, but my longest layer is still quite long. Then he was showing me my hair in the mirror after cutting it without it being styled. I asked him if he was going to style it and his answer was he can if I want it. He blow dried it and then it felt like i got a hair cut. Also, there was no heat protector used before the blow dry which was quite odd.

I thought John S. was super friendly and did an amazing job on my hair! He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process of colouring and treating my hair. I would definitely go back! I’m not 100% sure about the colour I chose just yet, but I know it will lighten—and I’m trusting the process. It already looks and feels so much better than before I came to the salon. I was a bit of a box dye mess, and now I’m back to one colour and really happy overall!
