Put in an order and made payment. After sending several emails, I eventually received an reply. Only after I said in the last email I sent that they were a bunch of criminals. They apologise for not responding to my emails, but there internet required some updating and it needed to be down for 2 weeks. Anyway the end of it all, I was advised that they hadn't received payment, but I had a receipt from my bank showing that payment had been sent. Decided not to reorder again, as they took the first 550.00 from me. HF

They stole my money, the website is fake, there is no refund option, the staff is not available to email or answer any questions. They won't refund your money, even the owner has hidden his identity.

Same for me. Got a text offering a promo. Took me to the site (thought I had used it before) took my money. Stole my account details and tried to take 2.5k from my bank account!!!!

After careful thought, I took a risk and placed an order for 2 boxes of cigarellos. If you buy 5 then it is free postage (risky) or £30 for less, which I found a little over the top but there you go. I was aware of the risks with this company but thought the reassurance of paying through PayPal would be comforting. Think again. After placing my order, I was informed that I would be contacted by email with the method of payment (a bit odd I thought). The email arrived soon after requesting a direct bank transfer to a personal account, which immediately put me on the back foot. I had no intention of doing this as getting your money back would be most difficult if things went wrong. It all felt a little dodgy to me and made me wonder if the positive reviews are genuine or AI generated. Just a thought. Overall, I think the risks are too high so my advice would be to tread very carefully before making a commitment.

I’ve sent multiple emails asking what the status of my order is. I paid for express shipping and never got a tracking number. Not a single response from them: but they definitely got paid.

Agree with other US buyers. SCAM!!! Placed order in July. Here we are at Dec. 1, and nothing. Blame no one but myself. I should have known better. Despicable people!

been 3 months, no order received, no response from company. Scam! Payment goes through as donation, not for goods, so bank doesn't refund donations.

Total Scam. Use "Donation" method to circumvent PayPal policies. Items never received - sent shipped email w/no tracking number. 4 emails went unanswered. Just Ghosted and funds gone.

Cheap-cigarettes.org is a Complete scam. I placed my order on 4/24/23 and never got it. I contacted them multiple times through their website and only ever got an automated response via email. I never got the cigarettes, I never got a response from a support representative, I never got a reshipment, and I never got a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
