Website is really easy to use/navigate and upload my own design. Print turned up very fast and with free tracked shipping. The print looks very much how I designed it to be so feel very happy to send this to my customer. Only downfall is that my print had some damage to the bottom caused by the lid being placed on the packaging tube without the print being pushed far enough down.. but I reached out to the team on Instagram and they responded fast and offered to help. Would recommend and have already placed a new order

Firstly, There was no communication, no acknowledgement of payment to which I had to phone up and chase them. The order was then not delivered within their stated time frame... again I had to chase them up. Absolutely terrible communication! When the product did arrive, it was not what I ordered and they do not seem to sell what they advertise on their website whatsoever. More phone calls again. They promised to send out more signs ASAP with a thicker covering (still not what I ordered) which have yet to show! Finally, I am still to received an invoice as I originally requested.

Absolutely avoid, terrible people and company. Do not trust with your business.

Poor communication, design and significant
delays meant I've had to cancel my order
and request a full refund, very disappointing!

The item I ordered was delivered late and had a printing error (caused by rendering apparently) affecting a sponsor logo repeated several times across the design. I have had to chase them about everything - told they will provide updates and then heard nothing for days in some cases until I've chased again. I have been given a partial refund (should be full in my opinion given the printing error is their mistake) but this took nearly a week to be processed and only happened once I had chased them again. Possibly some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

Update 20 Oct 2022: not only that you have just publicly had the audacity to tell a customer that their feedback is unfair and lied by saying you’ve been unable to get in touch with me which is a complete lie! I was the one relentlessly chasing you! Unbelievable.

After an initial communication hitch the company really stepped up and kept me updated with my order. It was easy to set up the double-sided 2m banner, although it was helpful to stand on something to secure the roll-up banners at the top securely. Quality of printing is superb. I expect to be ordering more soon.

After a communication breakdown somewhere along the lines. They bent over backwards to assist me in getting my artwork loaded, printed and sent to me.
