We had booked our parents flight with…
We had booked our parents flight with you guys.We bought baggage protection plan,selected seat and meal option as well.We paid extra for seat selection and baggage protection for 2 travelers traveling almost halfway around the globe.After couple of weeks we have to slightly change our itinerary because of our parents health condition.We try to call you guys several times regarding the same even though the reservation is confirmed just to make sure everything is good to go from our part.Every time we were told it was changed and completed in the system but we never got the email confirmation regarding the same as we have requested several times.They keep transferring calls with so many departments and it’s really hard to find it out to whom to talk and nobody is ready to answer our questions.I have used several travel agents in the past but I have never encounter such terrible service like yours.You guys should know how to deal with your customers.I wouldn’t recommends you guys to any of my friends nor I will choose your service in the future.Very disappointed 😡
