This was the first time we used Cheapflights. Everything went smoothly. After I initially booked I then read some mixed reviews about Kiwi and not having all tickets under one umbrella. Not knowing what to expect was at first a bit of the unknown. I sent Kiwi some questions and they were quick, courteous and informative with their replies. I enjoyed having the long layovers as we got to spend some time in two other countries with our connections. Also flying 4 different airlines gives you insight into how each operate and may make decisions on which airlines to choose in the future. We received our boarding passes in adequate time or were given the airlines check-in procedure. 3 out of 4 flights we were seated together. One flight we were a row apart yet this made for more interesting travel as I was seated between a young man from Bulgaria (our first destination) and a young guy from Lithuania who was going to this music festival in Plovdiv that I had considered. I would use Cheapflights again. The journey is part of travel.

You give the same prices and choices as other few companies of the same kind

When I was searching for flights, cheapflights came up as one of the engines with low prices. Once I was directed to cheapflights, the prices were different. Waste of time. Stay away.

It's not cheap

though I wasn't able to book a flight yet coz the dates me and my family will be travelling is either fully booked or not yet available but I find the website helpful and efficient, I'm still looking forward in getting these flights April 8 departure and returning April 11 mla to dumaguete dumaguete to manila

Was fairly easy to use but when I found the flight I wanted to book several times that particular price was not available on check out ! A little frustrating but I'd still use them again. Still got a good deal.

It was ok lack of info and sometimes website doesn't work

Every time I have bought flights in the last 3 years cheapflights has had the best price. I just wish there was a flexible dates option!

Easy booking. Kept me informed of any flight changes.

I was disapointed with the guaranteed insurance coverage I bought it only covers you for 24 hours for cancelation what a money grabber. The seat selection isn't explained properly you think your just choosing your seats but at the end you pay for this extra service. I will not be using this company again for any of my travel needs.

The flight itself was pretty good, both directions. The stuff was very nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately there was not even a free of charge coffee or tea. I think it should be included in the ticket price instead of asking passengers to pay few pounds for a sip of fluid....

I had booked my flight however something changed at the booking and I was on a flight booked for a month later return then needed, it took 4 hrs of phoning to speak to someone in the Netherlands to get it fixed at an increased cost! A flight that should have been $500 turned out to be $1000! I will never book with cheap flights again or recomend then!

My experience has always been a good one.
One note is that I use you web for all my bookings including business trips. But I can't claim and tax benefits. I wish you would show your taxes so I could claim them back.

So far so good... at my experience it was one of the best websites i used to make research and booking tickets!! ;)

Good site, good prices. One feature I'd like to see is the ability to book a multi-city return flight. For example, fly from Toronto to Paris and then from Amsterdam back to Toronto.

Nothing really bad to say aside from the amount of advertising emails. Signed up for notifications on one search and worked wonderful however on My next search I recieved ridiculous amount of emails even after I decided not to go. It even tapped in to my location and was sending me emails about flights from where I was which is a pain Since I work out of town. Had to completely disable emails and notifications
