I found a SW flight from Miami to Chicago after our cruise to get home. Tickets were $111 for each of us. The parter was called ONE DOLLAR FLY. About an hour after I booked these thickly accented people called me and said, “Oh we cannot fit your whole family on the flight. We have to separate you. Southwest only had two more seats.” I was like, “Then why did it let me buy 4?” They said, “Now to stay together you have to pay $279 more for each ticket.” I said, “GTFOH with that BS…I’m looking at SW right now and it says flights are $158 and they have 18 seats left.” I said, “To hell with you scamming pieces of shit, I’ll call my credit card and dispute this right now.” (Sorry for the swearing…I’m a special ed teacher and when someone tries to separate me from my money…I go off.) This new lady gets on the phone because I couldn’t understand the first two foreigners…and she is screaming, “If you try and dispute you’ll lose!!!! The fine print when you bought the tickets said this can happen because we are a low cost, budget agency.” I hung up on them. They called me twenty times all day. My credit card said don’t worry about a thing. They blocked them. Beware. No, don’t beware…just run. You can find deals at skyscanner . Com and also flighthub. Com THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Platform of scammers.... you can't book a flight here; all the vendors are scammers, they get you to fill out everything just to hook you up with a shifty flight agent who will eventually try to sell you an expensive ticket.

Consistent deceptive advertising as clickbait to get you on their website. That's a big red flag to start with. Avoid BS companies such as this one.

How don’t know how Cheapflights.com.au can recommend a scam company for flights. Best Price Travel.
I did not receive a confirmation email and calling them directly resulted in excuses.
Other reviews state they never got their tickets or money back.
Company is listed in NSW Australia but seems calls go direct to India.
Cheap Flights need to vet these companies they refer to but also I am truly annoyed I cannot contact Cheap Flights as they have no complaint or customer service emails or telephone numbers. This is a total scam and I have lost my money.

Very very bad experience bought tickets in Cheapflights with retailer Aunt Betty! The booking information does not match the actual flight time!!! after check with customer service they just very rude, asking for nealy $200 to change! that's kind of cheat! never use this company again!

Booked a trip via telephone, received confirmation of tickets. Received an email informing me my tickets were "stuck" in issuance by the airline and I was being refunded the amount which would take 7-20 days (my trip is in 15 days) but they had found other tickets that were more expensive I could purchase. Called the company and nothing was resolved, horrible customer service. Beware!

advertised flights at below airline prices - we booked and paid - then were called next day and told we are on a waiting list - however we can come off the list if we paid fill fare as per the airline website - this is fraud and at the least deceptive business practice - no matter their terms and conditions which act to legally protect them - we are waiting for a full refund (promised by these fraudsters - wish us luck) -STAY CLEAR OF THIS MOB OR RISK DISSAPOINTMENT

Hi everyone, don't buy a plane ticket with this company, the first time I bought it there was a price I paid later, I had to pay a higher amount because there was no more on that date, in short I couldn't travel and they didn't want to refund or reschedule this company for another date. It's pure fraud.

Booked a ticket at one price and got all of the way through and then it said price has gone up $300.

Don’t book flight from cheapflights . I had a very bad experience SpiceJet airlines canceled their flight sj -2919 flying from Hyderabad to Pune. I didn’t get any intimation both from spicejets nor cheapflights about flight being canceled. After wards they didn’t even refund my money even though airless had cancelled their flight on Sunday and asked me to board on Monday without paying for hotel stay. Till date i am waiting for the refund. Don’t book tickets from cheapflights they have very poor service and don’t ever book spicejet flights . Also when i was checking pnr status on spicejet airlines literally we can see all passengers names and contact details on my pnr status very pathetic website no privacy at all.

Maria representative was the one who booked the flight so expensive and with 14 hours of layovers. Never call back and respond in emails. I give this site 0/10 so poor services

Be very wary using Cheapflights website.
I'm not claiming there are not legit but their website is very misleading.

I have been looking for business class tickets.
Initially I thought " this is too good to be true", which it turned out to be.

One selects "business class cabin" only but the search results somehow still contain "mixed class fares".

Several times I clicked on "Deal" to view what was on offer. Where Cheapflights stated that it is an "all business class ticket" I found after meticulously scanning the fare conditions that this "all business calss ticket" now suddenly contained two economy class sectors. ( not displayed on Cheapflights!!)

I'd avoid booking anything via Cheapflights but instead look for good travel connections on Cheapflights. Once you have found a good deal go to the airliners website and book there.

In that way you have some form of customer support from the airline. Cheapflights' customer support is very minimal as they direct you straightaway to their partners.

Booked a $1785 flight, bought the highest opinion so I would have flexibility to change dates, am told it will cost $1050 to change one of my flights to a closer location/cheaper location and I gave more then 6 week+ notice and will cost me $835 just to cancel my fights, thats if they will even refund $950

Dont use these guys! Or atleast read over their terms and conditions throughly as their ‘flexible date change and cancellation’ will cost, in my case $835, absolute scam!!!!

This company is a scam. I am sorry that Quantas airlines which is the national carrier of Australia is also working with them.
For the sake of trust with quantas I am waiting for my refund and it’s been more than 5 weeks I am still waiting for my refund which is one fourth of what I paid. They does not respond to me back Via emails and keeps saying to wait for another 2 weeks.
This is really Unfortunate.
DO NOT EVER BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY

Entered all information and booked, then a message popped up saying I had to call their number as my booking was declined. I called and they quoted $200 more than what their website provided saying the website takes time to update. I asked to cancel but they kept trying to make me book and offered a slight discount which was still a lot more than what was on the webpage. I asked to cancel at least 5 times. When they finally did, I got a call back 10 mins later saying they have found a flight for cheaper (still only about $10 cheaper than what they told me on the phone prior) and I asked to cancel again. Not worth my time. Definitely won't use again.

Very happy with the customer service. Was having a hard time on line so called the 1800 number and Joe Smith helped with 3 flight reservations which were all different. Very satisfied with the service. Overall 5 stars. Yes, it took almost 50 minutes on the phone but he checked and double checked everything so we could get the best price possible. Will definitely book with cheapflights again. Thank you Joe

Don't waste your time; as soon as you select the amount for your flights and put in all your credit card details, a screen pops up saying that the flight is no longer available and asks you to pay an additional 60+ for the booking. They are SCAMMERS!

STAY CLEAR!! They charged us an additional 689$ of a airfare that was already 1818$ Dodgey as hell once they have your $ they want more!! Never again

Dishonest, Deceitful, Dodgy.
I did not elect to have the Fullflex service of additional AUD250ish, but when I completed the payment, it was added automatically to the cost of the fare.
If I factored in the cost of this service before completing the payment, I will not purchase my ticket from them.
They know their scam as the auto generated email sent to you after booking your flight will advise you the refund process. Don't know how long will it take to process the refund but the fact that you felt you were duped was a very bad experience.
Do not book your flights to Cheapflights. I've read the Cheapflights' reply on the bad reviews that it's their third party who's to blame. But, come on, it's Cheapflights website where we process our booking.
Change your third party then so the consumers will have a better experience. IT RUINED MY DAY.
