Cheap Fly Trip LLC stated that they were part of the Celebrity Cruise Line Company and let us bid on an upgrade which we did not receive. The invoice was $3420.00 which should have been refunded in a timely manner. It has been 1 month since we cruised. Celebrity Cruises was contacted and they stated that they do not have any affiliation with Cheap Fly Trip LLC. So we had to submit the loss to the credit card company. Beware of this group.

I recently worked with Adam from Cheap Fly Trip to book my India trip. Initially I was a little hesitant as I didn't know much about them. He gave me a very good fare which was much lower compared to what I was getting for the same itinerary from other travel agents and the best part was he booked my itinerary with airline and shared the booking reference number which I was able to double check directly on the airline website. Tickets were issued in a couple of hours as promised. I am very satisfied with their transparency and smooth process. I would highly recommend using their services to my friends and family for sure.
