Wow am I irate with this company right now. I’ve sent a total of about 20000$ to them over a year. Big spender? Not so much but the point remains. First of all my shipment was wayyy delayed. I work about 70hrs a week, but this week I’ve been expected to be on the phone for a minimum of 1.5 hours everyday to track this package. Was supposed to be delivered 05/10 we are now 05/14. This particular order was about 3000. Now nor Canada post or cheapweed is offering any help. I get shipping has been delayed since Covid but this is unacceptable.

I have a situation with CW right now where a order never made it! At first they were messaging me back fine, until now, now that the 7 day investigation is over with canada post and they have no choice but to give me a answer, they won’t message back so far! It’s been 3 days now and nothing! I’m going to give them until Monday to give me a answer and if they do and actually upholds their %100 money back I will come back on here and let everyone know! If not I will also come back on here and twitter and Tik tok and Facebook and snap chat and every source of social media I can post the info on for everyone to see the truth of their service and how they will actually rip you off and not uphold their own policies! So far it doesn’t look good! So far it been looking like the post on here saying they have got ripped off and how they stop messaging and won’t message back to fix the situation is the actually truth! The positive post about their great service on here seems like them
making fake post to try and get people to order with them again! I’ll be back by Monday with the update!

Do not buy weed from these scammers. They pay someone to write reviews for them, all BS. Ripped me off around my birthday last year. I bought off cheap weed for a couple years spending thousands. Just to get slapped. Buyers beware!!!

I been with cheapweed for few years..hundreds of orders..of course there was mix ups or probs..I will have to say though be patient enough which is hard for me lol ..they always got resolved to my satisfaction plus ..alot of times..I can tell u alot of places wouldnt go to the extent they do to make sure u happy ..tx for the gr8 years and ones to come cw..😀

I ordered a large quantity of weed from this supplier and when I busted up one of the Nugs there was a large piece of purple ands white plastic inside my grinder from the Nug. I contacted the sellers and their "Customer Service Representative" response to me was they don't know what it is, to throw it out, and if to not order from them again since I was concerned and they had no information to give for a paying customer supporting their lifestyles

Cheepweed.ca is my favourite place to shop. I had an issue a bit ago but Tony fixed everything in a fair manner and I have had no issues since. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am out 515$ after I recieved an empty box in the mail. They are scam artists. They responded to one of my messages with "lol"

They do not honor the 100% money-back guarantee. They will mail you empty packages. I have spent thousands with them in previous years and do not honor repeat customers or customer service. I hope you rott in hell Tony and Emma. Go suck a bag of cocks you compasionless asshats. I would give them zero stars

I had an order go bad around empty box scandal. Cheap weed is coming good with points for unshipped order. They have awesome products and great deals. I recommend this site you wont be disappointed.
