I got my order 2 days ago and contacted customer support, I should note I have been ordering from them for years,Even through the empty box which they sent to everyone Era hence why this is very disappointing to me. They have the worst customer support I have ever personally dealt with and appear to think theyre always a victim. I contacted customer support 4 times over the years when I had issues and all Tony ever says is 'Well noone else has' Yet some reviews slipping through say otherwise even on their site you can see the bad and fake reviews. Anyways long story SHORT, This time I got my order and it reaked of Mold or powdery mildew so I contact them and They refuse to respond to the emails I send yet reply to my friend asking general non-important product questions, On a side note all of the sauce is complete trash almost like recycled shatter mixed with distillate and flavored again, Not real sauce what so ever..... I'm usually pretty passive but this is ridiculous. They've asked me to write positive reviews for money before in emails also just figured id throw that out there. Very dishonest, Little regard for the well being of others.

I love this site, always have a lot of new choices everyday and there price are hard to beat for the quality. Always rceived my order after more than 10 times, sometime 1 or 2 days late but hey im at qc. Good job CW

This story is from last year.(Aug,2020) And yes the shatter is still sitting in its packaging.
Can’t believe they are still doing business and ripping people off. Lucky I only lost$440.00.....One day karma will catch up to you two.

Ordered some shatter cause previously my last two orders were great. This third order things did not go so well. The shatter has sulphur in it and makes it unsmokable. Unless you want to smell and taste burnt rubber as aftertaste and a chance of throwing up. Only ever had bad shatter a few times in the past ten years. As soon has I opened the package I knew the smell.
Anyhow Cheepweed were great to deal with before this incident. Out $440.00 and not sure to ever see it again.
In any business one has to have customer service and here there is none. Word of mouth gets around quicker then one knows.

The absolute best place to get your stuff, honest staff who are always there if you have an issue, always quick 1-3 days and always exactly what you expect.

Showed this place by a friend, was immediately blown away by the prices and glued to my phone looking at all the different products. My first order from them went off really well so I bought larger and larger orders, had one tiny problem over the last 40 orders but their staff contacted me and refunded my entire purchase without even asking for it! Shipping is the fastest I've ever seen from an online pot shop. Quality is top notch and the customer service is like none other! All around Canada, everyone I talk to.. nobody has this good of product for this great of a price! Wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Give it a try and you won't buy from anywhere else!

CW is hands down the best MOM out there. Only wish I had found them sooner in life I’ve been ordering for about 2 years now.
