An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Chef On Demand handled everything with great professionalism and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, and the chef was punctual, highly skilled, and extremely accommodating.

Every course was prepared to perfection, and we felt completely looked after throughout the entire experience. The organization was excellent, making everything easy, elegant, and completely stress-free for us.

I would absolutely recommend Chef On Demand to anyone looking to enjoy a special dining experience in the comfort of their own home!

Roberta and her assistant were lovely. Food was top notch. They left the kitchen absolutely spotless at the end. Amazing.

Chef Alessandro and his partner were fabulous. Chef Alessandro provided a 4-course menu to meet the various dietary requirements of 9 guests, which was not an easy feat. He then easily adapted to some of my minor changes such as a gluten-free birthday cake. Extremely professional and friendly but not intrusive. Despite the dietary restrictions Chef Alessandro had to work with, the food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him.

Marzia gave us a wonderful experience. The table was beautifully set, and the original fine dining menu was fantastic. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. We truly enjoyed the entire evening!

Chef Marzia was very communicative prior to the event and helped curate a menu that met our needs. Upon arrival she was very professional, friendly and efficient.

Chef on demand sta rovinando e assolutamente prendendosi gioco di un settore intero. Lo chef è un ruolo impegnativo, pieno di responsabilità e che richiede anni di esperienza e pratica. Ancora più in particolare lo chef privato è un servizio di LUSSO. Giocano sul fatto che riescono ad avere buona visibilità online e talvolta qualche pubblicità per prendersi una grande fetta di mercato e costringere gli chef a iscriversi alla loro piattaforma che tutto fa tranne che rispettare questo mestiere. Non dichiarano una percentuale fissa di commissione che detraggono agli chef, bensì "variabile". Ma sapete, simulando delle finte proposte e confrontandole con quelle che effettivamente lo chef riceve, quanto arrivano a prendere? Addirittura quasi fino al 40%. Dunque voi arrivate a pagare 50€, o meno, a PERSONA agli chef, loro offrono il servizio di lusso e voi ci guadagnate sopra. Per l'amor di dio, il modello di business è piu che corretto, c è della spesa da parte vostra in pubblicità e SEO, questo non vuol dire che voi non dobbiate prendere una fetta del guadagno dello chef ma come tuttee piattaforme che si rispettano, si può arrivare a un 15%, MASSIMO 20%. Airbnb, take a chef, fanno tutte così, ed è giusto che sia così. Quanto meno se volete esagerare nelle vostre percentuali, dichiarate ufficialmente, in grande, in chiaro, quanto vi rubate. Il modello è questo, in un'italia chiaramente in crisi, voi con un po di fortuna iniziale vi siete potuti guadagnare qualcosa da investire in buona pubblicita e SEO che, attualmente, sui volumi di ricerca di questo settore, ha quasi il monopolio. Dunque gli chef per avere visibilità e portare qualche soldo a casa si sentono costretti a iscriversi sulla vostra piattaforma che tuttavia svaluta totalmente il lavoro di questi. Siate trasparenti, da oggi, fate scegliere al CLIENTE quale chef prenotare con un profilo ben dettagliato, non chi pare a voi con un sistema non ben definito, e soprattutto, dichiarate ufficialmente quanto prendete agli chef, e che non sia quasi la metà o un terzo del guadagno (considerando le spese e le tasse che gli chef devono comunque pagare LORO!). A tutti i clienti e futuri clienti di chef on demand, perfavore, impegnatevi a trovare i contatti diretti degli chef, ci mettete davvero un minuto, basta non cliccare sulla prima pagina che esce, tutti questi software che aggregano chef vari ci svalutano e non ci rispettano, scegliete di pagare direttamente gli chef, non per la qualità, perche qui troverete comunque, come fuori da qui, chef bravi e chef meno bravi, ma quanto meno il rischio prendetelo non regalando soldi a una truffa legalizzata.

It was such a pleasure to tast her food, and she was so friendly. Everything was very good and we had the most fantastic evening.

Tommaso was an excellent chef. He made us an outstanding 5 course meal that was incredibly delicious. Left our kitchen spotless when he was done.

Awesome experience. We hired Luca and he prepared an exquisite dinner for my wife's and mine 4th marriage anniversary.

Nicol is an excellent chef. She made some changes according to preferences of our guests. She came out to explain the meal she had made for us, where the fresh ingredients came from and how she used them. Everything was cleaned afterwards too. Would highly recommend!

We had the most WONDERFUL evening with Nadia (and Antonella). Nadia cooked a traditional Sicilian meal for me and my family and we were blown away by the quality of the food, it was absolutely delicious!!! Nadia was the perfect host and was so interesting, giving us little cooking tips and telling us about the food. We couldn’t recommend her enough, what an amazing chef and person. Thank you Nadia! :)

Everything was perfect, from the communication before the event to the whole cooking experience and dinner. Chef Tommaso was so patient with our children who were giving it a go. The Tiramisu was the best we’ve had since being in Italy!

Save yourself a headache and go book somewhere else. If you go to Sardinia, it is amazing for foodies without the experience with Chef on Demand.

We spent 1 week in Sardinia, and the private chef from this website was unfortunately the worse meal we had but the most expensive one.

First of all, the chef was late for about 1 - 1.5 hr. We finished watching an episode of TV series waiting for him. He gave an excuse that's it's a (in his word) "machine broken down" which I believe he meant his car. Ok that's fine. But this happened on other people's review as well. So it's suspiciously mean he's always late.

Next he served food while repeated the exact same potato sauce for 3 dishes in starters. This wasn't what we expected from the menus upfront.

When it comes to dessert, the dish that should've been a Myrtle gelato with touch of Sardinian style crumbles that he claimed while preparing "a Michelin-starred dish" turned out to be vanilla ice-cream from a tub with toppings.

The worse part is probably when he asked us how much we paid for this service. He also shown one of us on his phone how much he's getting paid from this.

Our group of 8 booked Chef On Demand for a special dinner during our holiday in Sardinia. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations.

The food was nowhere near the standard we expected from a private chef service. The seafood quality was disappointing, one course included imitation crab stick, and the dessert was served from a supermarket ice cream tub. One of us also found a small hair in the food.

The service was equally disappointing. The chef arrived around an hour later than agreed. During dinner, he asked how much we had paid and told us how little he received, which made us feel very uncomfortable. His compensation arrangement should never have become the clients’ problem.

An absolute joke of a service. Do not book.

After paying 100€/person to have a private chef in Sardinia here is what we got:
- the chef was 1.5 hours late
- the food was not cooked on sight, just preheated
- we were told we will eat michelin star ingredients, and we actually were served a mix of seafood from the supermarket and ice cream from the tub
- a hair in the food

In addition, and the most embarassing thing ever, the chef actually took his phone out and showed us how much money he would get, so that we tip him.

When we complained to customer service, all of our complains were disregarded with a simple “the chef said they didn’t do it”, despite a very detailed complaint and proof.

I don’t recommend this service at all. Save your money and go to a nice restaurant instead.

The whole experience with Chef On Demand was incredibly smooth and professional. I had several chefs reach out to me, and after speaking with them, I chose Tommaso and I’m so pleased I did.

His communication in the run-up to our holiday was excellent. We had lots of back-and-forth discussing and refining the menus, and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. Having 9 kids of different ages with us made it interesting but all was taken into account.

For the first meal, Tomasso arrived with everything beautifully prepared, accompanied by his lovely wife, who was the perfect assistant.
We had a wonderful evening, with plenty of surprises, delicious pork, and a fantastic selection of courses and delicious dessert.

Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour.

The second meal was next level — absolutely fantastic from start to finish. There was an abundance of incredible food, wonderful flavours and a real sense of occasion.
Tomasso’s cooking is genuinely superb, and somehow he makes preparing a meal for 20 people, serving course after course, clearing everything away and leaving the kitchen spotless look completely effortless.

By the final meal, Tomasso had really excelled himself.
Every course was more delicious than the last, and we finished with what was probably the best tiramisu we have ever had!

For the quality and amount of food, the experience represented excellent value for money.
Having the luxury of not having to shop, prepare, cook or clean up for 20 people made it even more worthwhile — it really allowed us all to relax and enjoy our holiday.

We couldn’t have asked for a better chef or a better experience.
Tomasso was talented, professional, warm and incredibly efficient, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a truly special private dining experience.

This was a highlight of our trip! Tomaso collaborated on our 5 -course menu and it was perfect - a tribute to Puglian cuisine. A truly special special evening. Tomaso has cooked at the highest levels of gastronomy in Michelin starred restaurants. This is a must-do found through Chef on Demand.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Gianluca. His energy is infectious, and he is a patient and thoughtful teacher. He was great about getting our 4 year old som involved in the cooking as well. He worked with us to cook and amazing meal and left the kitchen absolutely clean when he left. I highly recommend him
