Received my 2 oil sprayers. One had definitely been previously used and smelled like sewage. The box had been damaged during opening. I contacted "customer support" (what a joke). This was their response:-

"We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused. After reviewing the situation, we can confirm that the liquid you noticed was simply product testing residue, which is harmless. These water droplets may sometimes have a slight odor during transit, but rest assured, the product is completely safe.
We recommend washing the product thoroughly before use, and it should be perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of sterilizing fluid or offer a replacement unit in this case, as the product is fully functional."

In other words they will do nothing other than take your money and offer you substandard goods. I've not used either item yet, and have little faith in them actually working. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered Oil sprayer and base tray on a 2 for 1 deal. Delivery took way too long and what arrived was a partial order only of inferior quality. Tried a number of times to email on their support line but never received any response.
Honestly I wouldn’t give these people 1 star!
They purport to be an Australian Company supplying vastly inferior Chinese products with no support available to their customers.
100% a scam, don’t spend your hard earned money lining their pockets!
