The team comprising: Ben, Billy, Aaran, Nick, Conner, Luke C and Mick arrived on the hottest day of the year and got working straight away.
There was excellent communication between them and with us too. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing all the pre- arranged dismantling tasks whilst loading the vans. All the work was undertaken very professionally, having laid down protective mats beforehand.
The unloading process went equally smoothly and without any issues.

All the collapsed boxes and wrapping were collected on a pre- arranged date to suit us, which was very helpful.

An excellent job undertaken by friendly, helpful professionals. It could not have gone better and we would not hesitate to use Chelmsford Removals again.

If I could give this company minus 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. All about getting the sales pitch to get your custom then the service you get is awful. Items delivered, filthy and broken, furniture broken, orthopedic 1yr old mattress arrived filthy, boxes of items gone astray, antique furniture just slung in the van. When putting items into place new paintwork damaged on walls, double bed broken.

Boxes when moving from a flat they dumped ny belongings unsupervised by the van and in public areas. The company has terrible customer service and offered no care, no concern and a pathetic so called 'good will payment' this didn't even cover a third of what they did, let alone the stress they caused. I would NOT RECOMMEND these people under any circumstances.

Our moving team was Bill, Luke, Aaron, Connor and Luke. They were absolute stars on a hot day with a challenging move. They were very friendly and helpful and the service was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

We moved in to our new home on one of the hots days of the year so far. Dan Aron Vpower and Richie worked so hard, they didn’t stop. I’m not sure how people move without team. This team was excellent.

Used these guys for our move recently. Unfortunately for Dan, Wayne, Mike, Luke, Andy and Ben it coincided wirh the hottest May day on record. The guys did a brilliant job. Couldn't have been more flexible, very professional and all done with a smile. We would definitely recommend this firm. By a country mile the best removal company we've used. The team Nick Bill and Vic, Terry the day before on packing were excellent. The removal was a downsize for a very elderly lady. The team were courteous efficient and kind. There were no breakages or damage they arrived on time and just kept going. Recommend them, they took the stress out of the day.

Our experience with Chelmsford Removals was professional and caring from the outset. The visit to give us a quotation, fragile packing by Lee and the movers on the day, Mark, Luke and Richie meant our move was handled with care and thoughtfulness. We were packed into crates ready for storage before our final move to Norfolk hopefully it won’t be long before we are reunited with our belongings.

Michael and Connor we brilliant and took care of all our stuff, going down two flights of stairs in a small passage was very difficult but they did a great job
