An incredibly friendly club with varied runs to suit everyone- the length/terrain, the day its on, and where it takes place. Would really recommend anyone thinking about it to come try it out :)

Great running club!

Only started running a year ago and was anxious that I would be slow for a running club and wanted to do something other than road running.
Saw this new club pop up on Facebook and was excited/nervous to join. A bit out of my comfort zone but it’s amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly.
All different abilities are welcome. This run club is about enjoying the run and having fun with a great group of people. It doesn’t feel competitive even though there are some great runners.

Lots of different runs with relatively flat and hilly options. 5k plus options and different days. You can commit to what fits in so 100% flexible.
Also options for socials after runs 😊

This is such a wonderful community of runners of all abilities, where the focus is on having a good time and exploring beautiful areas. There’s a great variety of runs, from relatively short and flat runs to some more challenging routes. Whatever your experience with running, there’ll be something for you. I can’t recommend joining highly enough.

Inclusive and welcoming of all levels and abilities. Runs are well organised and split over Cheltenham and Gloucester. I’ve spoken to people who shy away from organised clubs, and if this is you, this one is truly different.

This running club felt like home from my very first run. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, and Phil, the organiser, is especially welcoming and keeps everything running smoothly. I’ve only joined the organised runs so far (haven’t tried the training sessions yet), but the vibe is amazing. A great community for runners of all levels!

The only running club I’ve been to that hasn’t felt like a clique. I love how there are runs on different days so you don’t have to miss out when you (or your kids) have something else on. Great selection of routes; I’ve discovered great trails I didn’t know existed, and lots of socials, tips and advice and friendliness. What more could you want from a running club?

What I love about CGTRunners is it's super welcoming, friendly, has a mix of abilities and experience, everyone's included... and a great range of trail runs each week... shorter, longer, hilly, flat!

An incredibly welcoming, supportive and fun club which has runs across all ability levels and some great socials thrown in too.

Phil and Alexis have made such a wonderful, unique running community of people who love running for the journey, and for the community.
We run in beautiful locations across Cheltenham and Gloucester, we join races together, and often go for a post-run drink / ice-cream!
