Literally the worst company ever. My 250$ corset fell apart after one use and the bones cut into my body all night. I sent th pictures and they said we're so sorry we'll replace it ! Send it back first! After spending 50$ to send it to Thailand they said never mind we can't replace it it's broken. OBVIOUSLY ITS BROKEN I SAID THAT. horrible clothes horrible people horrible company the reviews on the website are fake

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a dress it was the wrong size, the dress was $46.00 I paid $28.00 to return it you have to provide the tracking number. In the meantime they sent me the exact same dress in the exact same size and said that I ordered it. I did not. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. I highly suggest that you not engage with this company, it's not worth the time and/or hassle

Cherie Day is a clothing company in China. They are a scam. I ordered clothes from Cherie Day. I then returned many items from my order. Cherie Day supplied me with a return address to which the clothes should be sent, a warehouse in NJ, in the US. I returned the clothes. They accepted the return. Now, they refuse to refund my money. I returned $324 worth of clothing. They told me that the return was processed, but now they are keeping my $324 and will not refund me my money although I have asked many times over the past 2 months. I consider that to be theft. They are not a trustworthy company. I regret shopping here. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, requested an investigation at Scam Advisor, reported them to the international and 2 state consumer protection boards, and will post about my negative experience on as many sites as I can. Avoid Cherie Day!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Firstly, they advertise from Australia (& other countries) but it is all in USD. They do not provide exchanges or refunds when it should be legitimately an option.

No. They make it utterly impossible to return items that don’t fit or you don’t like. They do everything in their power to give you a “deal” instead of a return/refund. There is zero information about the pieces of clothing - no sizing information, nothing about the fabric, etc. I should have paid attention to the millions of red flags, most notably that the web site has no phone number or address. I didn’t find out until my items were shipped that they came from China. Also, the return instructions say the hang tags cannot be removed, or the return will be denied. I ordered 3 dresses and planned to pick one for a wedding. Not one single piece had hang tags and they were each cheap, feeling more like pajamas than clothes you would wear outside your house. BIG AVOID.

This website is a bait and switch! Beware! I bought two pairs of fingerless gloves that were very cute in the picture and the description clearly said "knit" gloves. They are pictured as such. When I received them they are nothing but a completely flat, thin polyester material that isn't even hemmed on the edge! So say they are disappointing would be an understatement. No in any way the same as pic and description. Wasted my money bc they came from France and can't return them now!

Scam!!! I ordered $450 worth of bridal stuff which was terrible quality - they said I could return for a refund then when I did they said I couldn’t after I had already sent it. I asked them to return the goods to me so I could sell them myself and they have stopped responding to my emails and have taken my money!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. The clothes are cheaply made. They use another company name for their charges. I purchased $1300 of clothes from their site and returned it within a week. They only offer Store credit for cheaply made clothes. I returned these items five weeks ago several times regarding if they’ve received the order or not it has not heard back from anyone. So they basically stole my money and in addition, the shipping back to Thailand was extremely expensive.

Cherieday sent the wrong dress to my wife. Ten emails later and they still won’t send the correct dress. I’ve gotten the run-around for 10 days now with no progress. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

Placed order for Four dresses and paid extra for faster shipping! I still haven’t received them. They say they delivered them. I checked with post office with tracking number and what was delivered was a 3oz package! So very angry. It was a lot of money.
They scam people. Never order from Cherieday!

I ordered dresses according to their size chart. They were too small and made out of whatever flags are made out of. I tried to order cotton shirts from the credit they gave me. They would not give me a refund. The shirts also picked out by their size charts. They were still too small. Since I used credit for the second order they can not return or exchange and they only offered 10% off on future order. Uhhhh no will never be ordering from them again. Now I'm stuck with crappy dresses and shirts I cannot wear.

The dresses I received were beautiful - essentially as pictured online. The fabrics were very nice for the price. The issue I had is with their returns policy. The dresses were both too small. Before ordering, I had read the returns policy and had emailed customer service to be sure the return center was in the US (not China). When I emailed to say I wanted to return the dresses, I was told I needed to say how the dresses didn't fit. When I reminded them that the website didn't mention that I would have to justify my return, I was told I could get a refund of 35% and keep the dresses. I insisted I didn't want dresses that don't fit. They offered me a full refund as a credit on their website - but anything I bought wouldn't be refundable. I declined (what if the exchanged clothes didn't fit/). Their final offer was 50% and keep the clothes or pay return shipping and get a refund in a couple of weeks. By then, a friend had seen the clothes and wanted to buy one of the dresses. I took the 50% off, sold one dress to my friend and donated the other to a women's shelter. If it's going to be this difficult to return items, that should be plainly stated in their return policy.

Delayed shipping; poor quality, cheap fabrics; failed return policy and lack of customer service left me out my money for tacky product.

I ordered 2 blouses and paid for expedited shipping. I needed this for a wedding. I didn't receive it until too late. When I did get it the sizes were incorrect and didn't fit me. They told me I can send it back but is it worth trying to get a refund? I would NEVER order from here again! Plus the material is super cheap! You should be ashamed of the way you scam people!

Ordered a dress from Cherieday. It was described as loose and flowing. Chose the LARGE following the Cherieday guideline. After 3 weeks the dress ($38.80 plus shipping) arrived in a small plastic bag. There was no receipt. Dress had no tags nor information on care. I tried the dress on and found it was so small ( like an extra small) that I could barely get it over my head. It was like sausage casing which began from neck to below the hip line - 1long tube. The seams should have split, but can't do that with cheap polyester. I want to return this dress but know I will get the runaround from this Chinese-based company. If I do, I will call my credit card company to report another scam company trying to steal from the unsuspecting public. In reality, I should have known better to take the bait myself!

This dress is very comfy and super easy to wash. The material is soft and a good weight - not flimsy or clingy at all.
