Glad I did, the shipping was quick, products were packaged very securely and communication was great. If you sign up to newsletter you get 10% off code. I will repurchase my Korean and Japanese skincare from here. Sunscreen seems legit. Thank you Becki. I love this so much I used it every night after washing my face for a week and my skin has never been clearer and smoother I’ve bought it another 2 times since then and I don’t think I’ll ever look back! Also lovely place to buy from the owner is so sweet and lovely especially with returning customers!

I initially had a technical issue retrieving the discount code. I emailed Cheripai on a Sunday and so was expecting a response later on a weekday- so what a pleasant surprise when I found a swift response from Cheripai and an automatic retrieval of the discount code plus a lovely email from them. I don’t expect anyone to work on a Sunday- you should be resting!!- but still it was very thoughtful and I really really appreciated it. When my package came (which was very quick btw) a really sweet card came with it. I’ve been going through a lot of extreme stress and sadness lately, so those little acts of kindness from the pleasant email to the nice message in the card really made all the difference. I can tell this business cares a lot about their customers. But yes - apologies for the long message but thank you truly :).
