Everything was pretty well done. Simple to put together. A couple of parts did not align so well and need a persuasion tool to help it fit together.
I would check check some of the pins to make sure they allow for the pins to properly go through.

I got conflicting info from agents on my shipping. Emails to customer service were never answered. Customer service was not helpful on product questions. No assembly instructions were provided in the crate. I had to look them up online and even then the assembly was difficult. Owner's manual didn't tell what oil to use or how much to add. No mention of the 2 zerk fittings either. The products seem to be of good quality, but I haven't tested the chipper. I need a high altitude kit. Customer service couldn't answer any questions about the high altitude kit.

Canopy can in a very good built box. Easy instructions to follow.
Looks great on the construction between 4 con-x for men to have a place to eat lunch and to conduct Safety Meetings.

As of this date I haven’t unpackaged or set up my new shed due to the weather here I NWI. But as soon as I’m able to do so I will send an update. But besides that the ordering was easy and quick. Delivery was quick and the delivery service sends you messages to notify you of your delivery. It has been a pleasurable and easy process dealing with chery industrial. I will most definitely buy again.

Rude. Customer service is rude and uncompliant. When asking questions, I received attitude like I should know the answers, when asking for delivery or eta status, again attitude and as if I was bothersome. When asked to speak to a manager the manager stated she heard the entire conversation and didn't believe the employee was being rude.

Welding table was not as heavy built as I thought it would be.

We bought a rock bucket. It's great we are using and loving it. Pick up went smooth, they loaded it up for us without a hitch. Thanks.

Needed the fence connections. It took an expected period of time, all good. Steven, who is no longer in the parts dept. is gone. He did a great job with his communication. My parts came from China and we have to maneuver around the Chinese New Year celebration delay. Thank you, Jim

Easy pick up, fork lift driver and swamper a little unfriendly, but got the job done.

Product was crated well for shipping.
Conveyor seems to work well while running.
Instructions were a little vague. Perhaps more details could have been provided, such as preferred hydraulic oil type for hydraulic system.
Also, the max height is only achieved by raising the table above the hooks, which is ok, but resetting to a lower height required a lot of strength by slacking the winch and manually lifting table and switching hook positions at the same time. Aside from that I was able to assemble in 1 day by myself with the use of a small machine to lift table onto chassis and sling into position to install mounting bolts on bottom of table.
I look forward to putting this to use.
