I had a fantastic experience with the crew and the Motorcycle trailer. I required a trailer to pick up a bike near Leicester, and everything went smoothly. Adam and Tom made the rental process quick and seamless, even helping me attach the trailer. The trailer was in pristine shape, featuring a large ramp for easy bike loading, a front wheel clamp for solo operation, and eight tie-down points for securing the bike. It was also a great deal. A big thank you to everyone involved!

For a single task, we urgently required a car trailer rental on short notice. A quick phone call to Tom at Cheshire Trailers, and within an hour, we were ready to go! The rates were excellent, and the service was impeccable. I highly endorse them and will definitely return for future needs!

Recently dropped my Ifor Williams horse trailer off at Cheshire trailers to sell. The whole process was straight forward and hassle and stress free. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

They were superb start to finish. I originally went in looking for help with some brakes for a trailer conversion, but ended up having new axles on the trailer. They were totally upfront with all the information, even helped with things that they weren't working on, extremely helpful with advice for my project. Their cost estimations were spot on. The ordering process was simple, the work was completed when they said they'd get it done and the customer service in general was spot on. All future trailer servicing will be done through these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The team and the Motorcycle trailer were excellent. I needed a Motorcycle trailer to collect a bike from near Leicester. The hiring process was fast and efficient (Adam and Tom) and they even connected the trailer up for me. The trailer was in perfect condition, working brilliantly with a large ramp to load the bike on, a front wheel fast clamp to make one man operation / tie-down easier and eight tie-down hardpoints to secure the bike. Had to write this review because these guys are AMAZING! The BEST quality work and solid communication throughout the process to ease my nerves and keep me in the loop about everything that was being done, including discussions about pricing throughout. Tom was exceptional. He is one of the best customer service providers out here. A complete professional through & through. The work done of the trailer was amazing, timely and great value for money. If you have a catering van or a trailer of any kind I highly recommend you use Cheshire trailers. I simply wouldn’t go to anyone else other than them now.. and it’s a 4 hour drive for me - we’ll worth it!!

We hired a horse trailer for the weekend. The whole experience was stress free. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent company to deal with.

I can highly recommend this Company, the staff are helpful and informative. They always do an amazing job on my old trailer making it look as good as new and nothing is too much trouble. Great communication and very reasonable.

I delivered my 17 foot car trailer to Cheshire Trailers in June in order to have aluminium flooring fitted and I supplied 8 lashing points which were meant to fitted flush with the new flooring. In addition the electrical cable had been dragging on the floor on a previous journey and it had been damaged. I asked for this to be replaced. I also requested that they supply and fit a battery box and a new number plate holder which I supplied.

I picked up the trailer on August 13th and I pointed out that the lashing points had not been fitted flush. The screws holding the aluminium flooring down were not lined up and the effect is that the job does not look professional.

The silicon sealant that has been run around on top of the aluminium flooring really does look as though a child has done it. The battery box is fitted too far forward to the extent that the jockey winder hits the battery box whenever the wheel is wound up or down.

The number plate holder came off during the journey to my storage yard and has cracked both number plate lights.

When I picked up the trailer I saw that the aluminium flooring had already started to lift away from the bed. I was told this was due to the heat and that it would settle back down.

Lastly, the electrical lighting cable was not replaced but insulating tape was put over the bare wires. I was actually charged £73.50 for this alone.

I was quoted £1800 for the work. Included in this is the supply and fit oft two new tyres and to remove and refit the side markers. I had already paid £1,000.00 deposit and the balance due was £888.80.
I had already counted out £890.00 in prepared lots of £100.00 and I placed these separately on the desk and left the office to further inspect the trailer. After three or four minutes the same young man came out of the office and told me that one of the piles was £60.00 short. I know this was not the case but I could not refute his statement. I therefore had to pay the further £60.00.

I have taken photographs of the workmanship and it is my intention to take further action.

Cheshire Trailers have been a fantastic company to deal with whilst finding a trailer for my unusual 3 wheeled trike. Having 2 wheels at the front and also having a large distance between the two front wheels was always going to be something that would have to be developed specifically.
After arriving at the depot and talking to Tom and his team, it was obvious this is where I wanted to purchase my trailer.
I was introduced to a second hand car transporter and within an hour we had measured and designed the outline of the modified trailer. I left things in the hands of Tom whilst I went off on holiday. On my return the modifications had been completed so we did a test fit with the Trike, which was all successful. Apart from a couple of aesthetic details which were immediately resolved everything went smoothly.
I am delighted with my new purchase which fits my needs perfectly. I am more than happy to recommend Cheshire Trailers to anyone requiring a genuine well built product. These guys can supply and modify trailers to your specific needs.
