Richard Manzo was wonderful. We found that a minor project, replacement of a toilet and replacing cracked tile, turned into a full gut. Removing the bathroom tile revealed termites! The termite have been removed, by thoroughly removing the subflooring and rebuilt the bathroom. (The house has been treated by another company, so that issue is resolved ) New title, new shower, vanity, toilet. It's beautiful. A glass shower door was the final step. We never had a glass door to the shower, it feels so HG-TV. It wasn't cheap, because so much infrastructure has been fixed. But it's worth it! Our contactor was kind and very considerate.
