I agree with the other reviewers EXCEPT “Great customer service issue resolved“
Like others have said do not purchase from this company the quality is cheap, poorly made and doesn’t look ANYTHING like the advertised pictures online.
After MANY emails back and forth I have not gotten an actual address to return the items! Even though I have followed their return policy.
They say to not return to the return address that came on the actual packaging??
Like others they have also offered me discounts on further purchases to “compensate” rather than refunding me.
I have no intention of ever purchasing any of their shoddy product ever again –BEWARE

I ordered a dress, and after several weeks got an email that it was out of stock. I asked for a refund, and they encouraged me to pick a new dress, so I did. Then months later, I realized it never arrived. I reached out and asked for a refund. They asked me to reconsider, and we are back and forth trying to get that refund through. Hopefully it does go through! They seemed nice, but I never got either of my items, with no notification that the second one wasn't coming.

If I could give it a No Start I would. Their products are awful. It's like they looked at a picture and tried to recreate the same product with much cheaper material and it's very poorly done. I made the mistake of purchasing 4 items (total of $133) without doing my homework, and can't seem to return them and get my money back. I've sent pictures of the crappy stuff and how they have holes in them and they offered 20% off on 2 items and to keep the stuff. ( No Thank you!) You can get better stuff and for much less at ROSS!!! not worth the money and the hassle. DON'T Buy from ChicInDress. It's a scam.

Wanted to return my order because it was too small but there was no way of contacting anyone. Emailed and messaged them and there was no reply

Do not order from this company...Fabrics are crap...sizes are off and the WILL NOT let you make returns. The want photos and reasons for your return and if you don't like the fit or fabric or just want to return it they won't let you. "Easy returns" are a lie!!!! After 2 months of arguing they still wont let me return the items I don't like but offered me 15% disc on new orders.

BEWARE! This company is a scam. Item is low quality and I just wanted to get a refund. We had back and forth emails and still they don't send me the return label. I agree with all the reviews here. Do not buy from this company.

Dishonest company with fraudulent practices!!! Same experience as the others listed here .... I requested a refund for poor quality clothes that don't fit (tan blazer, jeans, sweater & a black dress) ..... here's what they said:

Agree with all the reviews. Can’t get a hold of them to return clothes came not sewn together. Big gaps in front of a shirt because the entire seam wasn’t sewn. Cheap. Expensive. Scam

Complete scam. Clothing arrived that looked nothing like the pictures. Completely different cheap material. I’ve been trying to contact customer service to request a return. I got an email back finally a week later asking what I did not like about the items. I responded but still no response back. Do NOT order from them!

Absolutely terrible clothing. Not at all like the items pictured. Very poorly sewn and not even close to the same material. I am so dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. I will never buy anything else from this company.

They are worthless. If you bought anything from them and want to return don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them. Here is their response after I emailed them for a return: “ Dear customer,
Deeply sorry for the problem.
Would you mind sending pictures of the cloth (please take it out) and the see-through plastic bags to us?
Please allow 0.4"-1" differs due to manual measurement.” What a insane response! I wish I had seen Trust Pilot for I would of never ordered from this scam company. And BTW, their clothes are horrible! Jeans were a size small, labeled small but were so big like a size 10. Long Sleeve Blazer was unlined and horribly sown which draped like someone threw a tablecloth over me. How can we get companies like this to be shut down!? This was my response to them: “ Are you kidding me! This is the most ridiculous thing you are asking me to do with taking photos. Who the heck asks this kind of stuff. I have never been asked to take photos of something I want to return with the hundreds of places I buy from. YOU HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER!!! I will send you photos which is insane since you have my order number and you can see what I ordered. What are you talking about on “please allow 0.4”- 1” differs due to manual measurement”. ?? This doesn’t even make sense. Explain this to me. Pure nonsense.” When I mailed them the photos I got a return mailer-daemon failure.

Terrible!!! The sweater I ordered came in and the material is not soft and comfy. Doesn’t look anything like the picture and also was torn, had a hole in the sleeve and both pockets had came unsewn and had holes!!
Contacted customer service and they don’t want to refund me my money they want to give me a discount. Umm no!! I’m not buying anything else from you!!!

DO NOT BUY from this company! Add one more the the list of customers duped by this company. After no less than 10 emails back and forth they still refuse to provide a return mailing address or agree to a refund. The best they are offering is a 25% refund for the horrible quality clothing. They also suggested keeping and selling or giving as a gift, sounds like they have a small bank of responses for customer service. Going to dispute with PayPal and/or credit card company.

This is the worst company I've EVER had to deal with....the "elegant" jacket they advertised is such poor quality I would never wear it...and when I tried to return it, they asked for photos...Under duress, I sent 11 photos and then they responded it would cost me $40.00 to send it back, the "epidemic" was also a problem, and I should just give it to family or friends or sell it! Absurd!
They need to be out of business...they are nothing but a fraudulent company. Awful! Awful!

Same as everyone else horrible. Why is nobody doing anything about this on the consumer end? It's like legal robbery my kids could make better clothes.

Cheap material products. Horrible return policy. Poor customer service.

I didn’t read reviews before ordering. I’m on day 16 and no items yet. I emailed and NO response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company should be shut down!!! I should have checked into this company before buying. Learned my lesson!!! 0 stars
