This site is a scam. The clothing you receive will look nothing like what you’ve ordered. On the website they state that you may return clothing if you are dissatisfied. However, they will refuse to accept your return and state that it’s been lost in transit. Your best bet is to file a complaint with PayPal to get your money back.

Even before I could purchase anything, I knew this website was a scam. From the clearly photoshopped images to the grammatical mistakes in the item description, this was a no no for me.

Zero stars! Poor quality material. The pattern on the material is the only thing that matches what I bought. Sizes are small. One dress wasn’t even hemmed. Paid for expedited shipping, took 3-4 weeks and one dress still isn’t delivered. No response about refunding expedited shipping. Nothing I’ve received is wearable😡

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I ordered a sweater in October and never received it. Multiple inquiries have gone unanswered. DO NOT USE!!’

Do not order from here ever. Should get negative stars. Nothing is as it appears in the pictures and is the worst quality--the clothes are unwearable. Tried to return the clothes and was given a hard time and offered a coupon off a future purchase. This place seems like a scam.

I wish I read about them before ordering their cheap clothes. On their website, it says you can return in 30 days, however, they wouldn't let me return my cheap item that I was happy with to get a refund. They told me to wear it that I'm sure I'll change my mind. Horrible!

If I could, I would give them zero stars. These are not quality clothes. The clothes are made from the cheapest material possible and are smaller than the size that is advertised. They do not have good customer service, and when you tell them you’d like to return the items, they tell you you’re responsible for the shipping fees to China and cannot guarantee it will arrive in China, so they cannot ensure a refund

Poor quality clothes that cost more than they should. Also, forget about any returns if the size or quality is not right, you are stuck with it. Avoid ordering.

If I could give no stars, I would. The merchandise I received was not what was depicted on the website. The quality and sizing was terrible. I had to send pictures of the items and labels and they still wouldn't take it back, they said because there was nothing wrong with it, that the customer did not like it. Also they said I would have to pay the shipping to China (which would cost as much as the items) and that if it got lost in transit I would be out of the money. They wouldn't even give me a credit, although I would never purchase anything from them again. Shame on me for not looking at this review site before I ordered the items

The pictures on website are COMPLETELY different from what you receive! I paid $50 for a poor quality jacket that looked like something you’d get from Walmart-so disappointed 😠

Horrible. Product was cheaply made and sized for a stick person. Can’t return it since it goes back to China.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I cannot even rate the bad experience I had. They don't even deserve one star. This is stilling, that's what they do still from people. I received a very very poor quality coat, and I was stupid enough to order 2 of them. They are way too small, garbage material, and very poor made. Does not look at all like the picture, this is scam for sure. I received the package after 2 months. Please read the reviews before you order something, I don't even know why I did not read what people say before I ordered! It's my fault, but it won't happened again for sure.

DO NOT BUY! Biggest SCAM EVER! The pictures on site are fake and they send garbage you didn't purchase. The "famous" jacket looks like a burlap bag, material is disgusting. When asked to return they said you may not want to return it because you will pay more to send back and if we don't get it, we will not refund you. WARNING, THESE CHINESE ARE A SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Do not make the mistake of buying from this company. These clothes are not wearable! They will not refund your money. The items are definitely copies of clothing on their site. They look like they were made from a cheap material by 5 year olds!

THEY ARE THIEFS I RETURNED PRODUCT AND THEY KEPT MY MONEY DISPUTING THIS WITH PAY PAL SYNCHRONY BANK THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT LIKE THE PICTURE THEY OR MATERIAL THEY STOLE $138 FROM ME, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish I had visited this site first. What is shown on the website is not what you’ll get. The material is not the same, it’s cheap imitation of what is shown, sizing is poor and if you have an issue forget about returning it. I would suggest never ordering anything that is advertised on Instagram!! I am now seeing they all do the same thing. BAIT AND SWITCH!

Chicindress clothes do not fit. The sizing is wrong. They say you can return products for refund but you have to pay for shipping back to China. This costs more then the items! They are sent from a warehouse distribution center in Inglewood, California. But they do not allow returns to be mailed there. Absolutely terrible, customer service. They do not stand by their stated return policy. Do not order from them. They are a scam.

Received a jackets with a worn hole in the sleeve of the jacket. Contacted the seller. They asked for a picture of the hole. Sent a picture. Now they want a picture of the label in the jacket. Guess what? No label on the inside of the jacket (which I thought was a weird request to begin with). They are so scamming us. Fighting this with PayPal as I should have checked the reviews first. Buyer beware! Update: They are now offering me $5 and a 10% off coupon. Not acceptable. Beware that shipping items back to China cost over $100. Ridiculous.

The jacket I ordered was horrid- I wouldn’t wear if you paid me- puckered seams no construction because the fabric was a cheap felt pajama material - absolutely horrible horrible nothing like the picture they used to bait me into ordering- if you request return they will charge you the price you paid for items and tell you there are tariffs etc. to send All the way back to China- they don’t explain this in their return info. I’m fighting it with PayPal. Buyer beware!
