This is a scam. I received my elegant coat, as described. It was to small as there sizes runs small. But in there posting they say its true to size. BS. They refused to give me a refund or even an exchange. There reply was they sent me what I ordered accordingly. BUT. It's to small....now I have a coat I can't wear.
Do not order from there. Plus its from China ..big scam....

I ordered 2 garments based on the pictures on the website. What arrived was a sweater with buttonholes that were just holes in the sweater and not finished and a coat that was made out of felt, cheap felt at that. TELL YOUR FRIENDS, DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THESE PEOPLE. They do not stand behind their products! If you're looking for a good company with those kinds of prices, I've had good luck with ladygo.com's clothing, but I haven't had to return anything yet. As for Chicndress.com, they are con artists.

I ordered goods beginning of September and still have not received tracking order supposed to ship in 5-18 business days I can’t find a phone number or email address to contact them.

I totally agree that this company is awful total scam I finally got address in China and $68.00 to return items which is more then I spent .... appealed to credit card company as I charged on credit card and they fraudulently switched to PayPal .... material cheap terrible fit just awful .... do not purchase from them

I would score them, negative. items are cheap, material is not as advertised and when tried to return, basically stated I cannot! I order online alot with expectation that some things will not be a good fit, but this company is horrible, and do not believe are legally in their rights in not allowing to return items!! also dont go by reviews on site as what I did , they must be fake, bc clothes are made very slcheap..ex. e oecting a wool coat, with liner, recieved a polyester sweater!?

BEWARE -- THIS IS A SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. What was received is not what I thought I was buying. The clothing is extremely inferior to what the pictures represented -- ridiculously so.

Returning purchases is like pulling teeth. They stated, "we strongly suggest you may not return because shipping cost and customs clearance fee might be expensive. If you keep these clothes, the best we can can is 10% compensation of the item price you paid".

I finally got the return address after the fifth email I wrote to them.

This is my first step in trying to prevent this "company" from continuing to scam people. It needs to be shut down. The only reason I gave it one star is because I could not write the review with no stars.

This is a total scam I purchased 2 items from this company no tags on this product! looks it was made by a child!!! they will not refund my money!! theres no address listed no phone number either!!

Poor quality merchandise and returns not accepted unless you return them to China.

TOTAL SCAM...I’m so stupid… I should’ve never ordered from this POS company but I did and I am paying the price because they will not refund my money and it is such total complete crap.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would, I bought several items from this place, I was so excited to receive them but it was such a huge disappointment. The clothes are poorly made, buttons on the clothes do not match , the slit were the button goes in it was just a cut or ripped, I bought a coat too and I order medium , the size on the coat says medium but the size was extra small my daughter is a small and it fit her super tight. The colors are way off, I am being truthful with my review, the clothes were worse than a second hand store. Also no return shipping label or instructions how to return it, I threw the clothes away. I would not even give it away, trust me do not throw your money away, because that’s what I did. If you want cute clothes I found another place SHEIN.

SCAM!!!! Do not purchase!!! Clothes are extremely cheap, very small and you can not return anything even though they say you can on their website. I’m out $80. Shame on PayPal for allowing them to SCAM people!!!

Scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Sends order but then will not refund anything that does not fit. Not only wont refund, but won’t even provide an address as to where to return it. The policy online says for refunds you ship at your own expense to an overseas company. The shipping will be more than your purchase. Just stealing money from people with no customer service in return. L

Terrible! Cheap material and coat arrived balled up and wrinkled. Do not purchase from this company!

Ordered two jackets. Horrible quality and very small items arrived after a month with no invoice. Emailed for return and was told to reply with a photo of the garments and the labels on the bags, which I did. Then they said the items matched what I ordered and they made no mistake. I will try to dispute my credit card charge and see if that helps.

Almost a month to get my order. Huge disappointment! The cute coat in the ad was not the same color and not cute. I order 2 blouses same size, one fit fine and the other extremely small. So much for the size chart. It took almost a month to arrive and no packing/invoice slip. I’ve emailed for a return and I’m not very hopeful. I will not be ordering again, lesson learned. Poor quality and customer service.

I emailed as soon as I realized that the discount wasn’t applied. I got a canned email back saying the pkg is on the way.’ I ordered it the first week of September for my daughter’s birthday (9/21) and am disappointed that I am unable to get a response and still no pkg. Shopper beware.

This company is horrible!! They have no phone number. The jacket I ordered is nothing like it was pictured !! Very cheap no lining.waste of money . I am out $50 . I tried to reach out to them with the email they provided and they don’t want to give a refund . They sent back a stupid comment about me know the size guide . Ridiculous. . Do not purchase! . Buyers beware !! This on line clothing line is a big scam .i should have read all their reviews before purchasing.

Poor quality clothing and horrible customer service with no return policy other than to send the garments back to China at your big expense. They advertise “30 Days Easy Return” and it is a LIE. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Waste of money. It took almost a month to receive the package and the jacket looked nothing like the picture. The material is poor quality, the color is not as subtle as the picture and it runs very small. I requested a return and Chicindress told me to “give it to someone else as a gift or donate it.” I requested the return and refund again and this is their response: “dear customer
We can return the goods , but international logistics fees have increased and it will take a long time. If the express is lost midway, we have not received it and will not refund the money
And if the customer wants to return the product for subjective reasons, the customer needs to bear the freight and customs clearance costs incurred by the return.
