Good Experience, but could be better.
I initially had to call in order to gain access to my policy, as I wasn’t able to retrieve it through other channels.
Although the agent and I are both Brazilian, we communicated in English. While I understand this may be due to company policy, I felt the experience could have been more personal and human if we had the option to speak in our native language.
That said, Renato was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I felt supported. I really appreciate his help.
Not long on hold
I was only onhold for a few mins before my call was answered. I dealt with Jessi who was very pleasant and helpful. I had a few queries about my car insurance and Jessi helped me to sort them out.
Used the live chat feature and it was fab
Used the live chat feature on their website to do a van insurance renewal, have had horrible phone waiting experiences in the past with Chill, so decidedly to try live chat, got the love Daniel, and the experience was great.

Very helpful and efficient
I found the person that dealt with me was very very helpful. There was a couple of things I had thought I had covered in my policy but hadn't and they cleared it up in no time to provide the cover I was looking for. Lovely to deal with someone willing to help you. Well done 👏

The worst company I ever dealt with.I kept ringing since February about my refund but got no answer.Kept talking to numerous people and explaining myself over and over and got nowhere. I was meant to receive a large sum of money as a refund but when I kept calling they told me that it was an error on their part and I will receive only €50.They don’t have a clue what they doing.When i asked to speak to manager, suddenly manager wasn’t available.So i am asking what happened to the money that i paid for insurance that i was meant to get it refunded. Also one person told me i get a refund in 24hrs another said 5 days and another said 5-10 and money still gone missing. Chill,you’re a bunch of robbers, liars and if i could give you 0 stars i would.Hope people will have enough sense not to have any business with ye.Hope ye will enjoy my insurance money that ye robbed me of.

Would choose Chill again
Would choose Chill again. By far for 2026 prices are the best. I find them very helpful and patient with regard to uploading documents. On the phone their manor is also helpful. Had to cancel my policy 3 mnths b4 end of the year as my car needed a part was taken a long time, But will go with Chill again when I am back on the road, Emma

I cannot understand why Chill have positive reviews. I must just be unlucky. Of course they are eager and quick to talk when arranging insurance for the first time but any query I have had since has been almost completely ignored. I currently have tried holding a number of times, each over 15 mins, emailed 3 times now, manager rang me back once, couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough, promised me someone would call and no one has. So I’m back on the email again trying in vain for someone to respond. Shocking, one of the worse ever customer service experiences. Their business model seems to be, from my experience, put all resources into getting the business but nothing into responding to current customer queries. My insurance is up for renewal soon thank god, I'll never go back.

Car policy renewal...
Won't make the renewal of my car policy because I found an "all insurance package quote" that is far better deal for me. I was talking to a help desk person and told him same. No renewal! I don't know what he did with that information. About a week later I still get new information about renewal. I had bad experience from start and can't/won't deal with them any further!
