After reading the reviews I was concerned I was dealing with a different company. I’ve ordered a few times from this company and the sauces I’ve received have been excellent, taste wise, ingredient wise and heat wise! So flavoursome and don’t taste like they’re just full of chemicals like some places I’ve ordered from. Genuinely unsure whether the bad reviews relate to an unrelated company that I’ve ordered from in the uk.

Ordered items last month and still no sign of them, have emailed numerous times but never received a single reply and can't get a refund, be wary if ordering from Chilli Mash Co-so disappointing!

We ordered & paid for a batch of chillis advertised as “in stock” on 12th November. After hearing nothing I asked for an update. I received an apologetic reply saying they were waiting for stock & expected it in at the end of the week. The following week I asked again & was told they expected them in the following week…
I have since requested a definitive answer as to when I can expect to receive them, otherwise I would like to cancel & have a refund.
Total silence ever since AVOID!!!!

I placed an order with Chilli Mash Co on 26th November and it has been stuck on “preparing order” ever since.
That alone wouldn’t be a problem if communication was good — but it isn’t.

Over several days I have:
• Emailed three times
• Left one voicemail
• Phoned (no answer, no response to voicemail)
• Received zero response to any of it

For a business customer needing reliable supply, this is simply not workable. I’ve used various chilli suppliers over the years, and delays happen — but a complete wall of silence is not acceptable.

At this point I’ve had to request either a refund or immediate fulfilment, because there’s no indication the order will ever be dispatched.

I genuinely wanted to support a UK chilli specialist, but based on this experience I can’t recommend them. If things improve I’m open to updating this review, but right now: buyer beware.
