Fantastic customer service and high quality products! The coat I bought fits my dog perfectly, it is super warm, it looks great, it's water resistant and it's easily adjustable if needed. When I submitted the order the staff reviewed my size choice and recommended a change - it turns out that they were totally right. They shipped the coat to me but it never arrived - I am fairly sure it was an issue with the shipping company. I reported the missing package and they sent me another shipment right away, which I received in 2 days. You just cannot ask for better service, and while the products are not cheap, they're absolutely worth the price.

What a great coat! Quality and craftsmanship is excellent and it looks SO GOOD. Absolutely perfect fit. I ordered from the US and the coat showed up in just a few days.

This is the 4th Chilly Dog winter coat we have purchased for our miniature Schnauzers. They are easy to put on, keeps their chest dry when hiking and super warm with the fleece.
We recommend this coat and wouldn’t buy any other type for winter weather.

Ordered three jackets for my dogs. After I placed my order I was contacted by customer service in order to discuss the measurements that were listed on my order. They made a recommendation to change one of the sizes to ensure the best possible fit. I deferred to their judgement and they were correct. The jackets are well made and fit as if they were custom made. So happy with my purchase and the customer service.

I’ve used this company for my dog coats since I learned about it from a friend, approx. 10 yrs. Best fitting quality coat you can find! Staff cares about your order. This is the second coat I have purchased from Chilly Dogs. These coats are quality items and well worth the price. The staff are very helpful when advising on what size and how to measure your dog.

Only great things to say! First of all, the coat is fabulous. It's both cozy and practical for our short-haired pup, and it looks so smart on him. Secondly, Chilly Dogs was amazing to work with. When we submitted our measurements, they reached out confirming that our back length seemed too long given all the other measurements. They suggested a different size, and upon measuring our dog again it turns out they were right! The size they suggested fits perfectly. Trust the pros here, they know what they're doing and they really care about getting the fit right the first time!

The jacket is a bit long for my Westie! My husband says she looks like an armadillo!
The coat is very beautiful and warm and I love the ability to adjust it around her middle!

Even better then described on Website. The staff was extremely helpful in making sure I received the best fit for my girl. And they were right as I would have ordered something too big. The coat is worth every penny I paid. Delivery was just as I was told. I am extremely pleased with my girl's coat and would recommend this product to everyone.

I bought this coat for our Bulldog. She hates clothes so I wasn’t sure how this was going to go over but SHE LOVED IT. The coat slipped easily over her big head and then wrapped around the rest of her body-no fussing over trying to get her legs through leg wholes. It fit perfectly and it keeps her extremely warm.If you have question don’t hesitate to call Chilly Dogs they are extremely helpful and their customer service is A++. If you live where it’s extremely cold/snow you want this coat for your dog.
