Fits great!!! And really keeps my dog dry and comfortable after competing in dock diving!

I am a repeat customer. I will keep coming back for warm and fuzzy solutions for my young dog in the snow, my geriatric hypothyroid dog and any dogs I have in the future that have special needs in our wet and cold BC Winters. The personalized service is outstanding. They look after us and we have never been disappointed.

Chilly dogs was unable to complete my order for my EB which broke my heart, I've had a Chilly Dog Coat for my late Boxer and loved it, I only wish they would expand their sizing to include "chunky" EB's, when they do I will most certainly get her a coat.

The best jacket for Labradors! We have a Black Labrador Retriever, and her chest is that awkward barrel shape so nothing fits her correctly except for her Chilly Dogs jacket! Living in New England it can get a bit cold at times even for Labradors. It is so nice to be able to take her to play outside in the woods, or to relieve herself when we have single and negative degree weather and know that she is warm.

We did have a shipping issue at first, but Lynda Graveline was attentive and fixed it for us immediately. It was so wonderful to receive such swift and kind service, especially during the holiday season. Thank you so much to both Chilly Dogs and Ms. Graveline for taking care of us! We look forward to shopping at Chilly Dogs again!

I love Chilly Dog products and dealing with the company. My dogs all have Chilly Dog coats and they are just the best. The fit is great, easy on and off, they are warm and you can throw them in the washing machine. I recently purchased a head muff for my toy poodle and it’s great, keeps his ears from freezing in the bitter cold. And the best thing of all is it’s a Canadian Company!

Excellent customer service. The Great White North coat keeps my poor chilly bull terrier warm during the Quebec winter, and looks really cute. The chilly sweater is less cute, but it keeps my dog warm indoors when the heat is down during the day so I'm glad I bought both.

We just received Finn’s new coat and we are thrilled . It fits him perfect and we love all the upgrades from the older one we were borrowing from a friend . The Velcro tabs are definitely a plus and keep him extra snuggly . Top quality and came in a jiffy . Thanks Chilly Dogs !

We had a great experience. We measured our dog and selected, what we thought, was the appropriate size but because each order is reviewed by a real human, we found out there was a different size that probably would work better. We made the switch to the recommended size and when it arrived, it fit our dog perfectly. It looks like it was tailored exactly for him. The service was friendly and shipping was quick. I can’t recommend enough!
