This company is outstanding in quality and service. I ordered a coat, Head Muff and Muttluks for my dog. The first coat I ordered fit was not a perfect fit (I'm picky) and I ended up returning it and ordering a different style based on my dog needing more freedom of movement in his chest. The quality is outstanding. When I called Chilly Dogs to discuss the fit of the first coat, they were committed to getting the best fit for my active dog, including asking me to send photos of him in the coat. I am telling everyone about them after going through many poor coat designs with other companies.

After going to all the pet stores in our area and being sorely disappointed that we could not find a winter jacket for our 75 lb 1.5 year old Vizsla, I decided I’d try the Chilly Dog. I was skeptical about being able to get a good fit without her trying it on, but they had such detailed measurements that I was hopeful. I ordered the Great White North in grey and the Alpine Blazer in purple because I couldn’t decide between the two styles. I assumed I’d end up returning one of them. And I was a little worried our pup would not tolerate the neck fleece since she’s torn apart a sweater with a slightly higher neck in the past. When the jackets came they were such nice quality and they fit her so well (sigh of relief!!) that we decided to keep both jackets! She is not bothered by the neck fleece at all. And I found the colours were true to how they appeared on the website (I love the grey but the purple is nice too). The Great White North has the thicker fleece and is what we pull out for stormy or days below -15C. The Alpine Blazer has become her everyday winter go-to. Although it was quite an investment for us, I’m betting the jackets will last us a long time. We keep meeting people who tell us the story of their Chilly Dog jackets that are still going strong after many years of use.

I absolutely love this company. I have had such a hard time finding jackets that fit my Doberman properly until I bought my first coat and sweater from chilly dogs three years ago. The fit and coverage is perfect and they are such high quality that after 3 years of farm use and machine washing they are still in great condition.
I have recently purchased another coat and sweater and they have made a few great changes like putting loops on the sweater and adding higher necks to the jackets for specific breeds.
Great Canadian company I highly recommend for anyone who wants an actual perfect fit for their dog :)

I planned to buy a second coat for my dog and was very disappointed when a colour I wanted said “in stock” when I viewed it online and when I reached the checkout point it said “no stock” so I had to settle for the same colour as I already had.

I ordered a head muff for my dog,
I had purchased a chilly dog coat some time ago. The combination of the coat and head muff keep her nice and warm on our daily walks. I called to ask some questions prior to placing my order and the person I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. This is a wonderful company to deal with. The package arrived really quickly. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company. I have two coats and now the muff from these folks. I have a small German Shorthaired Pointer who has been hard to fit. Each time I have sent them an email for fitting help and got a prompt response with loads of help. You guys make amazing products and you really care. I love the muff, but wish my dog was a little more impressed.:-)

The fit for my golden retriever was great! I got the harbour slicker just for some extra shield when it’s extremely cold. The quality of the product is amazing! My order also arrived really quick.
