CHINA CULTURE TOURS Opiniones

We had a wonderful experience with China Culture Tour and would definitely recommend them. Our trip was very well organised from start to finish, and one of the highlights was undoubtedly the excellent guides we had along the way.

A very special thank you to Yi, Alice, Kobe, Fiona, Stella, Johnny and Maggie. Each of them contributed to making our journey memorable. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful and attentive, always ready to answer our questions and share not only the history and culture of the places we visited, but also fascinating insights into everyday life in China.

Their professionalism, kindness and genuine motivation to make sure we had the best possible experience made a real difference. Thanks to them, we came home not only having seen many incredible places, but also with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of China.

Thank you to the whole China Culture Tour team for such a memorable trip!

Our guide William responded very well to requests to keep everyone in the group happy 😊

5/5 Stars – Amazing experience in Chongqing! Kiki Rao and driver Zhang made our time in Chongqing absolutely unforgettable! From the very start, they were so cheerful, welcoming, and had a wonderful, bright smile that put everyone at ease. What stood out the most was how attentive they were to our needs. They went above and beyond—even insisting on picking us up after our theatre show to make sure we got back safely and comfortably. If you are visiting Chongqing, you definitely want Kiki as your guide. Highly recommended

We had two wonderful days in Xi‘an. Our guide Phoenix (Ran) was very smart. It was a great pleasure to listen her detailed explanations.
Our driver Chen Zhen Bo did s very good job. He drove very carefully and considerably.

Linda was so helpful in arranging our trip to the Summer Palace and Great Wall very quickly as we wanted to go in 2 days. She was wonderful to work also in talking to hotel staff to assist us with the plans. Our guide Tony was very friendly and engaging. He had a good understanding of the sites we went to and made the day very enjoyable. We went at the pace we wanted to abs did not feel rushed at any point.
It was an amazing day.

We had wonderful time with Crystal, her enthusiasm, her joy, her passion were the very best we have experienced in China so far.
Crystal made our time in Xi’an so memorable.
Crystal took care of us from dawn to dusk and was always available to help even during the evenings after the tour had finished.
My best advice it to ask for Crystal to be your tour guide in Xi’an.

Crystal made our time in Xi'an absolutely perfect. It was personalised, informative, relaxed and flexible and her English is very impressive. Going to her mother's home and making dumplings was such a highlight. My friend had a small medical emergency and Crystal handled it quickly and easily. Xi'an has become my favourite stop on this tour so far- I think Crystal has made a very special impression for us. Thank you

Ci siamo appoggiato a China Culture Toura per la prenotazione di due biglietti dei treni e l'escursione giornaliera all'esercito di Terracotta e il centro di Xi'an.
Agenzia seria e affidabile. Personale molto disponibile.
La nostra guida Sophia super raccomandata, molto competente, gentile e disponibile.

We just finished a trip to Xi’an, and Shirley was an outstanding guide. Not only did she deliver everything we had asked for, but she was also incredibly flexible when we made some last-minute changes to our itinerary.

What really stood out was how well Shirley handled difficult situations. Xi’an can be extremely busy during the summer, with large crowds, changing logistics, and plenty of commotion, but she was fierce when she needed to be while always remaining professional and composed. It was reassuring to know we had someone advocating for us and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

She was organized, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Having Shirley with us allowed us to enjoy Xi’an without having to worry about all the little details behind the scenes.

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Shirley to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and proactive tour guide in Xi’an!

In particolare voglio segnalare Stella (Wang Xiruo). Stella ci ha accompagnato a Xi'an.
5 stelle a China Culture Tour.

We had an amazing time at Xi'an! The City was a real surprise! Our guide WangXiRuo, Stella Wang was always there to help and tale care of us! She speaks very well italian and made this visit even more special.
100% recommended!

My wife and I returned 10 days ago from a 16-day vacation in China, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We visited Guilin, Yangshuo, Longji, Chengdu, Xi'an, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Beijing.
Our original plan had been to join an organized group tour, but there were no vacancies for the period we wanted. This led me to look for alternatives, and after reading all the wonderful reviews about China Culture Tour, we decided to contact them. I can only say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Linda, our tour planner, was extremely accommodating to all our requests and suggested excellent options for our activities in each city.
Every guide and driver we met was helpful and welcoming. In fact, one of the things we enjoyed most about this trip was talking with the guides and getting to know them. In Guilin, Cory proved to be a very experienced guide with a great sense of humor. We are especially thankful to him for taking us to the fan-drawing event near Yangshuo — definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. In Chengdu, Leah showed deep knowledge of everything panda-related and more. She made a smart choice about the timing of our visit to the Panda Center, and which entrance to use, so we could see the baby pandas before it got too hot and avoid the bigger crowds. In Xi'an, Eric (王可) was wonderfully enthusiastic, and it was a pleasure to satisfy his curiosity about Portugal. We are also grateful to him for inviting us into his home to make dumplings with his mother — that was truly an endearing experience. In Beijing, we were lucky to have Ford as our guide; he was so knowledgeable about the history of imperial China that our visits to the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace felt like a true history lesson.
We wholeheartedly recommend China Culture Tour to anyone planning a trip to China — their service made our holiday truly unforgettable.

We had an amazing trip to Xi’an with Annie as our tour guide. She was informative and helpful with our schedule and adjusting as we needed. She is passionate about her job and happy to show us everything and answer all of our questions. One of our favorite things was riding bikes on the city wall and visiting and dancing with the locals around there in the morning. Thank you Annie!

My 15-Day Custom Private China Tour
I wanted to book a 15-day private tour for my family of three. After conducting thorough online research, I found China Culture Tour, which had significantly better customer ratings than the other two companies I considered. After communicating with all three, I decided to go with China Culture Tour because they offered the best deal.
From the very beginning, our travel agent, Ms. Nora Zheng, carefully crafted an itinerary around our interests, preferences, and travel style. She selected the best hotels in each city we visited and arranged for excellent local tour guides. The level of service throughout the journey was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of—including luggage handling and seamless transportation between cities by airplane or train—with local guides greeting us at every pickup and drop-off, making the entire trip completely stress-free.
The flexibility of a private tour tailored to our personal tastes made the journey truly memorable. Nora checked in with us and the local guides frequently to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the trip. She was also available 24/7 by text or phone call; if we wanted to spend more time at a certain location or adjust the schedule, I could simply text Nora. She would work with her team to make immediate adjustments to accommodate our requests.
Thank you, China Culture Tour, and a personal thank you to Nora for everything you did to make our China trip unforgettable.

Grace Wang and her coworkers made the tour great. When we travel to China we tell Grace, in general terms , what we prefer and then she takes over putting together a team to see to it that our expectations are not just met, but far exceeded. This is our 2nd time using China Culture Tours and both experiences were simply outstanding

Our trip with China Culture Tour was absolutely outstanding! From the easy booking process to the fast on-the-ground support. The accommodations, transfers, and knowledgeable local guide exceeded our expectations and made every day memorable. We will gladly book with them again and highly recommend their personalized, professional service.

Our trip to China was truly unforgettable, and we’re so grateful to Nora and the team at China Culture Tour for making it such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, making the planning process easy and stress-free.

Nora took the time to understand what we were hoping for and helped create an itinerary that felt personal and meaningful. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to simply enjoy the journey and immerse ourselves in the culture.

Our guides were warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They shared so much about the places we visited and made us feel welcome everywhere we went. The entire trip felt authentic, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our interests.

Communication was excellent throughout, even while planning from the Jakarta, and we always felt supported and well taken care of.

We came home with amazing memories, new experiences, and a deeper appreciation for China. Thank you, Nora and the whole team, for your kindness, professionalism, and for creating a trip we’ll cherish for years to come.

My sons and I just returned from one week (5 day tour) in Hulunbuir/Inner Mongolia. It was so much fun and gorgeous land and horses. Grace Wang of China Culture was terrific in corresponding and helping with an itinerary which we wanted. Lisa Yu was our guide and Bao Yin our driver and they went out of their way to make this a memorable trip. Lisa's English as well as her knowledge of the area and the people were super.

We just finished a 16 day customized tour of China with China culture tours. They were amazing! We covered Beijing, Xian, Kunming, Bei hai, and Guilin ( and yangshuo). We are a family of 9-- with varying interests and attention spans. We loved it. Every detail was conducted with perfection. The transfers were seamless and stress free. The guides were all exceptional. We are excited to come and visit China again. We will definitely use this company in the future.
