Having been in severe pain for months following a fall on my shoulder, I eventually took the time to look into some self-care. Despite being a little apprehensive at first, I am couldn't be happier about this decision. Claudio took time to diagnose my frozen shoulder, then through weekly treatments improved my mobility. We are now working together, monthly, to increase my strength and restore my muscle memory back to normal. I would 100% recommend Claudio - my quality of life has improved dramatically and I can finally sleep through the night without the pain waking me.

I came across Claudio looking for a chiropractor to help treat my frozen shoulder. The healing journey took time, patience, exercise and multiple sessions (from weekly to bi-weekly and eventually once every 3-4 weeks) but the outcome was absolutely worth it... Claudio takes a more holistic approach in his treatment and I really appreciated that service and level of care from him. I had terrible neck pain and the base of my head because of my poor posture at work and his adjustments and exercise recommendations made the pain go away in a short period of time. Also, when I had a tight chest due to an illness he was able to relieve the tension in my ribs helping me to breathe better which was amazing! I am back to normal and can now do all my normal exercises and activities.

I visited Claudio Merkier in 2022 / 23 with lower back pain, due to sports and general bad posture I had picked up due to working long hours at a desk and in general life.

Apart from the appropriate chiropractic adjustments, Claudio gave a number of exercises for both home and gym to help me loose the bad habits I had picked up, and strengthen areas we had identified in our sessions.

The lower back pain has been relieved a tremendous amount, but it is key to continue to do the home / gym exercises otherwise it will be back.

I am grateful to Claudio for his expert knowledge and patience when explaining and re-explaining the exercises needed.

Andreas is an excellent chiropractor; he looked after me with great care and attention during each of my visits. He helped me immensely to manage and treat my tight shoulder and associated pain and also helped with some other muscular problems. Andreas is very warm and welcoming and is able to help at any pace with a lot of patience. He relieved the pain I was experiencing in my hips and legs. He is happy to explain and offer a lot of insight. After care and follow up stretches/exercises helped a lot. Highly recommend seeing him!!!!!
