I enquired about their service and package on tv and the customer care representative called me scammer. This is the way they treat the new customer. Then he is asking me if i don't have any job then search a job. I think many would be having such experience with them. Horrible company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My experience communicating with this seller on WhatsApp was disappointing. The tone of the responses felt rude and unprofessional, with incomplete replies that were often unclear. When I asked for a call to better understand, I was told to “write, I have work to do,” which I found dismissive and not respectful of a customer’s concerns. As customers, we expect clear communication and courteous service, and such tones are not appreciated. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

I was interested in getting a subscription and contacted through what's app.
The message was 'get lost you idiot' for just asking them what the channels were in the package!!!!
I would never trust them, if that's the way they behave to a potential customer. I've passed this information on to my friends who are existing customers of theirs, who have decided to terminate the existing subscriptions and pass this information around.
I wish there is a zero star option.

Poor & rude customer support. I tried to check for Renewal and their response were rude. Looks like they are scamming people and try to sell different product.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person I spoke with was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of answering basic questions, they gave attitude, dodged my queries, and even told me not to waste their time. No respect, no courtesy—just pure arrogance.

I would give 0 star, if possible. Really bad attitude from a salesman, who did his best to sale chitram to us and after receiving the box , when I approached to ask doubt , he behaved very rude. I have screenshots of the messages. Very unprofessional, stay away from this stupid company. I would recommend all indians to avoid buying chitram.

One of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I have had, asked solution for some technical problem and their customer support staff literally abused me, can share the screenshot, have their subscription for next few months and would not review it again

I was duped by this company last year. They took £104 pounds, no customer service, poor connection and three months later the box is dead. I have started the process to recover my money. They casually deny that the money was taken by TELZTROLTD and not BT Squire. The first company is registered under the director Eugene Jovitha Sivanathan in Aylesbury who is not picking up the phone.

I messaged the company to ask for specific details about the service, costs, available channels etc. a few days ago, and the customer service was terrible. The person I contacted was extremely rude, and told me to not buy the item instead of comforting me and confirming that the product would work, when I asked if there was any aftercare for the channel, and if there was insurance in case there was a problem. When I asked about a few specific channels the person very rudely pointed to a previous message and did not reply to the question I asked properly. I felt misunderstood and misinformed. Definitely would not recommend.

OMG, I've never seen such a worst customer service in history, they'll take at least 1 week to reply for WhatsApp message and after taking all the details from you they'll say we don't have now try again next week, utter stupid sales team and so rude and I hope they shut that down in uk and we'll continue to buy from france 🇫🇷 excellent sales team and you'll get it done in no time.

Hopeless customer service never respond to issues they say customer service is 24×7 however no one respond to technical issues really embarrassing service

I was using Chitiram TV set top box for past 18 months. Recently my set top stopped working when I approached the customer care via WhatsApp there is no response. Don’t know what will happen to my remaining subscription period. Just be aware before purchasing the product there is no technical support offered by them.
