Good service, keep it up

I have been using Chitram for few years now and the service provided has been good. It has wide variety of channels/programs including Indian movies and sports channels.

Really loved the service. Very user friendly. Affordable price as well.

We use Chitram TV for watching a whole lot of international sports. Recently, we watched the cricket World Cup fully in Chitram TV. We think Chitram TV is a great purchase 😊

Decided to try Chitram TV after receiving recommendation from a friend. It's been a year since and Chitram TV hasn't disappointed. Good collection of regional and entertainment channels. I do experience occasional buffer issues but hopefully should be resolved by the technical support if I were to reach out to them. A good experience overall.

It seems to be a fraudulent service. I paid the full amount one month ago, and the box has not been delivered yet. They initially agreed to deliver within 2 weeks but have continued to commit to multiple delivery dates after that. I'm still waiting after a month. My experience with their service has been very poor. I will continue to update the details here.

Worst pay service. Fake company and fraudsters. Do not but their subscription.

Don’t buy this it’s a scam , I have ordered the device 3 weeks ago and they keep telling this will arrive next week , still haven’t received it . When I asked for a refund they said it’s not their policy to refund money . This is a scam don’t pay !!!!!!!!!!

It’s been 20 days since I paid in advance, I have not recieved anything so far and no one is willing to share anything or listening to me even after repeated request.
Updating my review as box arrived on 25th day and so for so good.

I am using Chitram for last 4 years, and it is the best and economic way to enjoy variety of channels. In single subscription you can enjoy news, sports, music, cinema etc. I have had problems with streaming and sounds at times, but manageable. Subscription fee is very reasonable.
