I have done payment to there account…
I have done payment to there account for a new connection and the amount was deducted from my account.And still they are saying they are having problems in access there account so that they won’t send me the product or login details.Please don’t fall in to there trap they are asking me to pay again 131 pounds and no response in WhatsApp,they won’t contact you in emails.Please don’t fall into there prey it’s a fraud company

Hello Varun, thanks for the review. sometimes banks deduct scams on incoming payments to business and also we came across scammers. if your payment had issue as a scam, then it will take time to reach our bank. we provided the service code straightaway once we received the payment after 2 days but you asked for compensation which we can't give in your case. you sending a payment proof does not mean that you paid and we received, as there are many scammers we came across. asking for a compensation for no reason and then writing a bad review is not our issue. we do not do any fraud and we do not entertain scammers. kindly contact us so that we can process your refund. thank you very much.

A great option for the family
I have been using Chitram tv for almost 6 years now. I never had to look for new option elsewhere. I had few issues now and then but the tech team were able to resolve them. I would absolutely recommend them
