I bought shoes that came 3 weeks later, smelled like a chemical and were strangely made.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They sell cheap stuff.

Horrible return policy will not refund poor quality dress. Do not shop here!!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Trying to return them is unreal. Terrible quality. They smell like a strong chemical. I called the phone number listed under their contact us and it’s a non working number. I have asked about sending the shoes back and even though I’d have to pay to ship them back, they offered me 20 percent back and told me to keep the shoes. I don’t want the shoes. If I wanted them I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Items are nothing more than glorified Shein items. The quality is poor and nothing like the pictures. I should have did more research before ordering. I am now fighting to return the items. First the quality is trash, so I would not even wear them, but one arrived with a broken/stuck zipper and the other is crooked. Requested a return and have not heard anything yet. I have a feeling this is going to be a drawn out process.

It was very easy ordering from Chloe Boutique and delivery was OK. But I am dissapointed by the quality. I expected more from a boutique...

I dont think i am going to order again from them. I got excited when my package arrived but when i opened it i was not pleased with the quality and materials of the blouse. It looked kinda cheap.

There's always something nice to buy here. Last time I ordered striped pants and I was amazed how good the fit was. Really love the materials. I wore it to lunch with my friend and they asked where I bought it from. Great job!

They sent me the wrong size! I ordered one of the dresses from their collection but it is not the right size so now I'll have to exchange or send it back but oh well mistakes can happen. It's just too bad I couldn't wear it to our weekly wine night

Nicely packaged. Good quality for the price. Better shopping experience than my past ones so overall happy with my purchase.

I wasn't very happy with the shipping times, it took too long to get here. But to be fair they treated me good and gave me a discount for my next order which I will use so that's positive...

It is now the 3rd time I have ordered from them and all three times I was satisfied with my purchases. The only thing I would like is an option for faster shipping. Other than that great stuff!

Recently bought 2 pairs of shoes on the site of Chloe Boutique but unfortunately they did not fit right and will have to send them back. But the quality was nice so I'll probably order the same ones in a larger size.

Wanted to return a top from chloe boutique and i have to say that am pleased with their customer service. They did a great job helping me return the item. Very easy experience with this store.
